Prince George’s County Low Income Subsidy Housing
This housing program is through a HUD subsidy program and rent is calculated at 60% of renter’s income.
Privately Managed Housing
Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Housing that is deemed affordable to those with a medium income because it is rented at below market price.
