Ecology seeks public comment on cleanup documents for Blaine Marina Inc. Cleanup Site The Department of Ecology invites you to review a draft legal agreement, called a Consent Decree, for the Blaine Marina, Inc. Cleanup Site. Ecology and the Port of Bellingham are entering into this agreement to settle liability for the Site. The Consent Decree will require the Port to complete cleanup at the Site under a Cleanup Action Plan.
