CERTIFIED MATERIALS LIFECYCLE REVIEW
OCS is a voluntary global standard developed by Textile Exchange, designed to track and verify organically grown materials in products – from the farm to the final product.
OCS ensures that when you buy something labeled as “organic,” it truly contains certified organic material that has been properly handled at each stage of production.
• OCS 100- certified organic cotton (CERES-1725) - for products that contain 95% to 100% organic
→ T-shirts and polo’s = 100% OCS 100
• OCS Blended - certified organic cotton (CERES-1725) – for products that have at least 5% organic content, mixed with conventional fibres.

RCS is a voluntary global standard developed by Textile Exchange, designed to verify and trace the recycled material in a product throughout the entire supply chain.

LIFE CYCLE ASSESSMENT
An LCA calculation (Life Cycle Assessment) is a method for mapping the environmental impact of a product or process during part or all of its life cycle.
We have chosen to conduct an impact analysis of the production process, materials and transport. In other words, from raw material to the central warehouse in Belgium. We express the environmental impact in terms of CO2 emissions, water consumption and energy consumption. This enables us to identify areas for improvement in our process.

The International Accord is a binding agreement designed to improve fire- and building safety for the textile industry in Bangladesh and Pakistan. The Accord includes inspections, fire safety training as well as effective remediation and renovations. The ambition is to expand the program to other production countries.
