Chapter 1

Definitions; Masks; Reality by Consensus; Asymptomatic Carriers; Fraudulent Research Where shall I begin with this daunting task of coronavirus myth-busting? Let’s start with Definitions. As I have previously stated - You are welcome to your own opinion, but not to your own set of facts. Here are the published scientific facts regarding allthings SARS novel coronavirus 2, & COVID-19.

Definitions: SARS novel coronavirus 2 is the name for a virus that has been circulating the world since 2019. SARS is an acronym for “Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome.”

This particular virus has an affinity for the lungs, so when certain people are infected with it, their lungs become inflamed, leading to a set of symptoms which are collectively called “severe acute respiratory syndrome.”

Corona viruses are called “Corona” because under a microscope part of their anatomy resembles a crown that a king or a queen would wear. “Corona” is Latin for “crown.”

The numeral “2” at the end of the name of this virus is important, because it signifies that this is the 2nd coronavirus discovered that causes “Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome.” The first coronavirus that did this was just called the “SARS coronavirus.” It showed up from 2003-2004 and presumptively infected approximately 8,422 people, presumptively killing 926 of them.

It is important to note that bacteria can also cause Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome.

Bacteria and viruses are as different from one another as are cats and elephants.

Bacterial infections can be dealt with (most times) by antibiotics. Antibiotics are useless against viral infections. Conventional medical science has No successful 1

treatments against the SARS coronavirus 2. The distinction between bacteria and viruses will become important later on in this chapter.

According to the US Centers for Disease Control, Coronaviruses are a sub-class of viruses and are characterized by the eponymous crown-like spikes on their surfaces.

They were first discovered in the mid 1960s. The 7 known coronaviruses that can infect people are (in virologist-lingo): 1. 229E alpha 2. NL63 alpha 3. OC43 beta 4. HKU1 beta 5. MERS CoV 6. SARS CoV-1 7. SARS C0V-2 The first 4 are very common and you have probably been infected by one or more of them in your life so far.

The term “Novel” in SARS novel coronavirus 2 is used by scientists to describe viruses which were thought to begin in animals and then “jump” to humans. This term was used a lot when the virus first appeared in 2019 and early 2020, but not so much anymore. This is because the scientific community does not definitively know where this virus came from. Here are the conclusions of a study called “The proximal origins of SARS-CoV-2.” It was designed to figure out where this virus came from: “Although the evidence shows that SARS-CoV-2 is not a purposefully manipulated virus, it is currently impossible to prove or disprove the other theories of its (animal) origin...”

COVID-19 is a medical acronym for: coronavirus disease – 2019. It refers to the disease that some people develop who are presumably infected by the SARS novel

corovavirus-2. According to the World Health Organization, here are the symptoms that are commonly associated with this illness: Most common symptoms: •

fever.

•

dry cough.

•

tiredness.

Less common symptoms: •

aches and pains.

•

sore throat.

•

diarrhea.

•

conjunctivitis.

•

headache.

•

loss of taste or smell.

•

a rash on skin, or discoloration of fingers or toes.

Serious symptoms: •

difficulty breathing or shortness of breath.

•

chest pain or pressure.

•

loss of speech or movement.

Numerous studies have been done and published regarding the clinical manifestations of COVID-19.1 The typical signs and symptoms include: fever (87.9%), dry cough

(67.7%), fatigue (38.1%), sputum production (33.4%), shortness of breath (18.6%), sore throat (13.9%), headache (13.6%), muscle and/or joint pain (14.8%), chills (11.4%), nausea or vomiting (5.0%), nasal congestion (4.8%), diarrhea (3.7%), spitting up blood (0.9%), and inflammation to the white of the eye (0.8%).

People with COVID-19 generally develop signs and symptoms on an average of 5-6 days after infection (mean incubation period 5-6 days, range 1-14 days).

Most people infected with SARS coronavirus 2 have mild symptoms and recover within a week or 2. Approximately 80% of laboratory confirmed patients have had mild to moderate disease, which includes non-pneumonia and pneumonia cases, 13.8% have severe disease (dyspnea, respiratory frequency 30/minute, blood oxygen saturation 93%, PaO2/FiO2 ratio <300, and/or lung infiltrates >50% of the lung field within 24-48 hours) and 6.1% are critical (respiratory failure, septic shock, and/or multiple organ dysfunction/failure).

The majority of people who come down with the more serious manifestations of COVID-19 and need to be hospitalized are people over the age of 65. According to the CDC the majority of people who die from COVID-19 were sick to begin with and had multiple pre-existing health conditions (heart disease, kidney failure, diabetes, chronic lung disease, heart disease). This report, updated on September 6, states the following: "For 6% of the deaths, COVID-19 was the only cause mentioned," the report said.

"For deaths with conditions or causes in addition to COVID-19, on average, there were 2.6 additional conditions or causes per death."

The American Council on Science and Health did a nice overview of the COVID-19 death trends. You can find it here. You should read it. Here is their conclusion: While coronavirus is obviously concerning and a very real threat to some people (namely, the elderly and immunocompromised), these data also show that the risk for the rest of the population is quite low.

An interesting data point from this research is that although blacks in the USA represent 13% of the total population, they suffered 23% of all COVID-19 deaths.

We will discuss this more in chapter 4.

What’s a Virus, anyway? Good question. Nobody knows. The scientists who study these things classify viruses as “Organisms on the edge of life” because they are neither alive nor dead. Let me say that one more time. Viruses are neither alive nor dead. They consist of genetic material (RNA or DNA) inside of a protein shell. That’s it. No brain. No nervous system. No circulatory system. No digestive system. No apparent means of energy production. No means of locomotion. Just genetic material inside of a protein shell. Period. Outside of a living biological system, viruses are inert.

They just lie around doing nothing. By the way – nobody knows how long they can do this. Is it minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years, centuries? Nobody knows.

However – once a virus finds itself inside of a living organism (plant/animal/fungi) it “awakens,” and starts to replicate itself. It does this by somehow latching onto a cell in the host’s body, somehow gaining entrance to the inside of that cell, and then somehow taking over the reproductive apparatus of the cell, tricking the cell into creating more viruses instead of more cells. Virologists have hazy theories about how any of these things happen, but in reality, most everything regarding what viruses are and how they work are complete mysteries.

Fun Facts to Know and Tell About Viruses • Viruses are the most abundant microbes on the planet. The total estimated number of viruses is so staggeringly large that if all of the viruses on Earth were collected together and lined up end-to-end, they would cover an area spanning 100 million light-years.2 A Light-Year is the distance that light travels in 1 year (5,878,625,000,000 miles – that’s almost 6 trillion miles). 6 trillion x 100 million = a number so large it is impossible for the human mind to comprehend (6 hundred quintillion).

• Some viruses, such as Influenza and Ebola infect and sicken human beings, but many viruses infect only bacteria. Though it's unknown exactly how many types

of viruses there are, approximately 320,000 types of viruses infect mammals alone.3 • You can't see them or feel them, but millions of airborne viruses are wafting around you each day, and billions more of them are descending everywhere on Earth, after riding air currents around the world.4 • Conservative estimates are that 380 Trillion viruses are present in the human body at any moment in time! That’s a lot. “The recent advances in nextgeneration (gene) sequencing over the past decade, have led to the discovery that viruses are an important component of the microbial communities that colonize every ecological niche of the human body.”5

Oh – by the way, nobody even knows where viruses come from. There are lots of theories regarding their origins, but nobody has ever proved it conclusively. Here are a few of the leading theories: • Viruses are normal parts of the immune system and are created inside of living biological systems from time to time to clean things up and/or to protect the host from outside invaders (bacteria, parasites, yeast, etc.).

• Viruses are mistakes of cellular metabolism. They are random bits of leftover genetic material that magically developed lives of their own. Here is an excerpt from a Scientific American article published in March 2008, entitled: Where did viruses come from?: “This (research) could suggest that they (viruses) started as big bits of cellular DNA and then became independent—or that these viruses came along very early in evolution, and some of their DNA stuck around in cells' genomes. The fact that some viruses that infect humans share structural features with viruses that infect bacteria could mean that all of these viruses have a common origin, dating back several billion years. problem with tracing virus origins: most modern viruses seem to be a patchwork of bits that come from different sources—a sort of ‘mix and match’ approach to building an organism.”

The same Scientific American article ends with this little chestnut: “At the end of the day, however, despite all of their common features and unique abilities to copy and spread their genomes, the origins of most viruses may remain forever obscure.”

• Viruses can “jump” from plants to animals and from animals to animals. When this happens, the new species of animal that the virus jumped to gets sick - as the virus replicates itself inside of its new host’s cells. These are the theoretical origins of the bird-flu and the swine-flu. So, if your pet pig sneezes on you, then a virus from its respiratory tract can get into your body, making you sick.

Even if this theory is correct, nobody knows why the bird, or the pig had the virus in their bodies in the first place.

Remember – viruses do not have any means of locomotion. They are like grains of sand. Unimaginably tiny grains of sand. They can only move passively. Once they get into a living biological system, how they find their way to their host’s-cells is an unsolved mystery. The size of the virus is important here, and its understanding will make it much easier to figure out the whole mask-wearing-epidemic-prevention thing.6

Masks Viruses are really really, really, really, small. They are measured in nanometers. One nanometer is 10 million times smaller than 1 centimeter. Or – another way of saying it: 10 million nanometers make up one centimeter. The average diameter of the SARS

novel coronavirus-2 is 100 nanometers. This means, if you lined them up one next to the other, it would take 100,000 viruses to cover 1 centimeter. The single-use face masks that people are encouraged to wear to stop the spread of the SARS coronavirus-2 can filter particles up to 3000 nanometers. The virus is 30 times smaller than this, so the single-use facemask is ineffective against stopping its spread.

The N95 mask – the mask with the best filtration of them all – can filter particles up to 0.3 microns. The coronavirus is 0.1 microns, so it will slip through the mask – making this mask also ineffective at stopping the spread of the SARS coronavirus-2.

Wait a minute! Not so fast! Proponents of mask-wearing argue that viruses are not free-floating organisms but rather, are attached to larger molecules of water called aerosols. Because aerosols are approximately 1 micron in size, the masks will stop the water aerosols and therefore anything attached to them (like a virus). On its face this argument seems logical, but let’s think it through. First of all, the supposition here is that viruses, even though much smaller and lighter than aerosols (and pieces of dust) cannot free float through the air like aerosols and pieces of dust can. Huh? Viruses have to be able to float in the air because of their incredibly small size and weight. If they were heavier than air, then they would weigh the aerosols that they were attached to down to the ground, and mask wearing would be unnecessary. Viruses are lighter than air. Period. Hard stop.

To better understand this, let’s do a thought experiment. Picture in your mind a virus that is attached to a drop of water (aerosol) that was exhaled from somebody’s infected lung through their mouth and nose and it is now floating through the air. The exhaled water droplet carrying the virus then meets the filtrating fibers of a mask that the infected person is wearing. The fibers of the mask stop and absorb the water droplet, but the virus that was attached to the water droplet, being much smaller than the filtering capability of the mask, will continue on its merry way. This is similar to what happens when someone is driving a car without their seatbelt on and the car hits a tree. The car stops dead in its tracks, but the driver goes right through the windshield into the air…

If this simple thought experiment is not enough to prove that masks are not able to stop exhaled virus particles, and you want some hard and fast scientific evidence proving the ineffectiveness of facemasks in stopping the spread of viruses, here you go: 8

Here is the name of the study: • Effectiveness of Masks and Respirators Against Respiratory Infections in Healthcare Workers: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.

Here are the conclusions: • Meta-analysis indicated statistically significant superiority of N95 respirators over medical masks against laboratory-confirmed upper respiratory tract bacterial colonization… but not laboratory-confirmed influenza… or other viral infections.

• We found no clear benefit of either medical masks or N95 respirators against pH1N1 (this is one of the flu viruses).

Here’s another study that conflicts directly with the theory that the SARS coronavirus-2 (or the influenza virus) is shed (transmitted) by sick individuals via normal breathing. Apparently, it is not…

• “Leung, Nancy., et al. (2020) “Respiratory virus shedding in exhaled breath and efficacy of face masks.” Nature Medicine 26, 676-680.

And the conclusions: “...among the samples collected without a face mask, we found that the majority of participants with influenza virus and coronavirus infection did not shed detectable virus in respiratory droplets or aerosols... given that each exhaled breath collection was conducted for 30 min, this might imply that prolonged close contact would be required for transmission to occur, even if transmission was primarily via aerosols… Our findings indicate that surgical masks can efficaciously reduce the emission of influenza virus particles into the environment in respiratory droplets, but not in aerosols.”

This is very interesting, because the conclusion of this study was - “Our results indicate that surgical face masks could prevent transmission of human

coronaviruses and influenza viruses from symptomatic individuals.” Even though they couldn’t find traces of any viruses in exhaled respiratory droplets or aerosols from the people that they studied (who were all selected because they tested positive for an infection), the logic was that they MUST be there. It was the collection technique that must have been faulty. If she floats, she’s a witch!

How about two more: • March 30, 2020: WHO Emergencies Press Conference on coronavirus disease: Conclusion: “We don't generally recommend the wearing to masks in public by otherwise well individuals because it has not been up to now associated with any particular benefit...It does have benefit psychologically, …and we don't criticize the wearing of masks…but there is no specific evidence to suggest that the wearing of masks by the mass population has any particular benefit. In fact, there's some evidence to suggest the opposite in the misuse of wearing a mask properly or fitting it properly or taking it off and all the other risks that are otherwise associated with that.

• Balazy, Anna, et al. (2006). “Do N95 respirators provide 95% protection level against airborne viruses, and how adequate are surgical masks?”

Conclusion: The N95 filtering face piece respirators may not provide the expected protection level against small virions. Some surgical masks may let a significant fraction of airborne viruses penetrate through their filters, providing very low protection against aerosolized infectious agents in the size range of 10 to 80 nm. It should be noted that the surgical masks are primarily designed to protect the environment from the wearer, whereas the respirators are supposed to protect the wearer from the environment.

The last sentence in the above conclusion is interesting. Mask wearing is meant to protect the environment from the mask wearer and not the mask wearer from the environment. So even if the mask did stop the virus (which it doesn’t), it would be completely unnecessary to wear it if you were not infected. If you were infected with the virus, then you would be sick and at home, or in the hospital. Even in this 10

situation, the wearing of a mask would be irrelevant, as we have already shown that masks DO NOT stop the spread of viruses.

Masks are only meant to protect others from those who are already sick from respiratory BACTERIAL infections (not viral infections).

Therefore, if you are infected by a virus, or if you are not infected by a virus, there is simply no need to wear a mask.

For the icing on the cake of scientific skullduggery, there are a number of published studies which conclude that the wearing of masks does in fact reduce the number of virus particles exhaled by people who are infected. When you drill down into these data however, there is always a difference in the number of viruses measured in water droplets versus aerosols. With aerosol-borne viruses being the most difficult to block.

This brings into question 2 things – the intellectually (not practically) based conclusions of the study and the testing methodology itself. Let’s say that a test shows that 98% of viruses get through a mask. That means that 2% were stopped. 2% is better than nothing (0%), so an intellectually based conclusion will be that wearing a mask is better than not wearing a mask at stopping the spread of viruses. This may be correct mathematically, but not practically. Also – how many samples were tested?

What was the testing method? How accurate was the test? How did the people who were conducting the test measure for the presence of the viruses? Were there any built-in biases to the test?

Here’s an example: British Medical Journal: Reduction of secondary transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in households by face mask use, disinfection and social distancing: a cohort study in Beijing, China Conclusion: The study confirms the highest risk of transmission prior to symptom onset and provides the first evidence of the effectiveness of mask use, disinfection and social distancing in preventing COVID-19.

What they did: they looked at 335 people in 124 Chinese families that had at least on confirmed case of COVID-19 in each family. Then they looked to see how many family members became sick. Here were the results: Face mask use by the primary case and family contacts before the primary case developed symptoms was 79% effective in reducing transmission (OR=0.21, 95% CI 0.06 to 0.79). chlorine or ethanol-based disinfectant in households was 77% effective (OR=0.23, 95% CI 0.07 to 0.84).

Remember – this was a retrospective study. So how on earth did they know how to calculate the difference between mask wearing and the use of disinfectants? The study authors did not go into that detail, but they did say this: “Wearing a mask after illness onset of the primary case was not significantly protective.” What? Huh? So – we are to believe that wearing a mask while someone is asymptomatic is more effective than wearing a mask when someone is symptomatic? That goes against everything that all of the other studies have shown. Nonetheless, their conclusions that this study provides the first evidence of the effectiveness of mask use! She floats!

The amazing thing to me is that nobody has criticized the article – and it was peerreviewed!

Given the fact that the published testing mentioned previously in this chapter showed No Effectiveness of masks at stopping the spread of viruses, but there are other tests that conclude the opposite, then which tests are we to believe? The short answer is: We are to believe the tests that are reality-based, and not mathematically based. But we also need to be aware of one more thing.

Glidden’s Law of Medical Test Evaluation. 7 We have been educated to believe that the scientific method is the epitome of objectivity. It’s all so elegantly simple: Hypothesize, test, and prove (or disprove). By its very nature, we are told, science is our best (and only) chance to really understand how the world works. Investigative scientific inquiry is sold to us as being patently objective and devoid of bias. All of this is true, but we must also take into account the thousand-pound gorilla in the middle of the room: While science is, in point-of-fact, coldly objective, scientists are not.

Glidden’s Law of Medical Test Evaluation states “The accuracy of a scientific test is inversely related to the cultural bias of the time in which the test was conducted.”

• The scientists of Galileo’s time denounced his theory that the sun (not the earth) was at the center of our solar system. We know today that they were wrong, and that Galileo was right. The heavily religious cultural bias of Galileo’s time molded the science to its dictums. So much for objectivity.

• In the 18th century, the scientific testing of bloodletting and the use of mercury (internally) showed them both to be extremely effective medical treatments.

But the science of today denounces both as dangerous nonsense.

• Einstein postulated that the speed of light is a constant that never changes. His entire Theory of Relativity is based upon this one assumption, and every educator in every high-school, college and university around the world agrees that it is so. But what if it’s not? There were a number of experiments carried out in the early 1900s that showed light to have a variable speed.8 They were all dismissed out-of-hand as being foolish pseudoscience, their authors were black-balled from academia, and no follow-up investigations were attempted.

• In the 1950s, most medical doctors recommended cigarette smoking to their patients.

How very unscientific. How very human.

Because the (politically motivated) cultural bias in 2020 is that the coronavirus is super-deadly and that mask-wearing is necessary, the scientific papers that support that narrative are championed, and the ones that offer facts to the contrary are dismissed. This is not science. It’s reality by consensus. As proof that it is cultural bias that is perverting the science is that fact that very few (less than 10 by my count) of my licensed medical colleagues are standing up like I am and simply telling the truth about “Everything COVID-19” in the public forum. Nobody is standing up because nobody wants to be fired from their job and/or doxed, and/or “cancelled by the culture.” The current Reality by Consensus Cultural Bias is that COVID-19 is 10 times as deadly as the seasonal flu, that social distancing and mask wearing are effective and necessary, and that a vaccine is our only hope. Any scientific evidence to

the contrary is labelled as quackery and pseudoscience and their proponents are in fact fired, doxed and culture cancelled.

Asymptomatic Carriers But what about asymptomatic carriers? Ah yes – the unaware, callous and clueless Typhoid Marys amongst us. The logic here goes like this: • Everybody needs to wear a mask just in case they are infected with “SARS coronavirus 2,” and they don’t know it.

To address this concern, we need to separate fact from fiction and once again lean on the science. As the driver through the windshield analogy clearly demonstrated, along with all of the published studies mentioned at the beginning of this chapter, the ability of a mask to curtail the spread of an exhaled virus is virtually non-existent. I am only addressing the concern of the “Asymptomatic Carrier” by way of continuing education - as another common-sense arrow shot into the heart of stupidity and masshysteria.

There is little to no scientific evidence that asymptomatic carriers of the SARS coronavirus-2 are able to infect others. Here are the studies: This from the World Health Organization in May 2020: “From the data we have, it still seems to be rare that an asymptomatic person actually transmits onward to a secondary individual,” Dr. Maria Van Kerkhove, head of WHO’s emerging diseases and zoonosis unit, said at a news briefing from the United Nations agency’s Geneva headquarters. “It’s very rare.”

From the medical journal - Respiratory Medicine: • Gao, Ming. et al. “A Study of infectivity of asymptomatic SARS-CoV2 carriers.”

Conclusion: In this study, 455 contacts were exposed to an asymptomatic COVID-19 virus carrier: 35 patients, 196 family members and 224 hospital staffs. NONE of the 455 contacts contracted the SARS-CoV-2 infection.

That’s none – as in none, nada, никто, zero, nessuno, aucun, ingen. Get it?

ZERO! Do you know how many “zero” is? It’s less than 1. It’s zero.

• Annals of Internal Medicine; 13 August 2020; Contact Settings and Risk for Transmission in 3410 Close Contacts of Patients With COVID-19 in Guangzhou, China 3410 close contacts of 391 index cases were traced between 13 January and 6 March 2020. Data on the setting of the exposure, reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction testing, and clinical characteristics of index and secondary cases were collected.

Conclusion: Household contact was the main setting for transmission of SARS-CoV-2, and the risk for transmission of SARS-CoV-2 among close contacts increased with the severity of index cases… Moreover, we found that patients with more clinically severe disease were more likely to infect their close contacts than were less severe index cases; asymptomatic cases were least likely to infect their close contacts.

As it turns out, when asymptomatic carriers did infect others (and it was very rare), they only infected people in their households whom they had close contact with, making stay at home, shelter-in-place policies infect MORE people, not less.

Asymptomatic carriers walking around in public are irrelevant vectors of virus transmission. That’s what the science says – so why is public policy promoting the opposite?

And – oh, by the way, if the SARS coronavirus-2 is so deadly, then why are the vast majority of those infected asymptomatic? We were warned in March 2020 that this virus had the potential to kill 1% of the world’s population – that’s 3 million Americans, and 78 million worldwide. This is why there was a lockdown. This is why all of the draconian social measures (masks, social distancing, shelter-in-place) were put into place. But if the virus was so deadly, then why are 35 - 96% of the people infected with it, symptom free?

It is worth noting here that the true number of asymptomatic infections is impossible to know.

• The CDC says 35%.

• Iceland’s health officials say it’s 50%.

• A study of nursing home residents outside of Seattle, WA showed that 57% were asymptomatic.

• The World Health Organization says it’s 80%.

• At a Tyson poultry plant in Springdale, AK , 96% of the people were asymptomatic.

There is a reason WHY these numbers are all over the place, and I will get to that shortly (hint- it has to do with the testing), but the take home message here is that you can’t have it both ways. Either a virus is super-deadly, pandemic producing and capable of killing the majority of those whom it infects, or it’s not. In the case of the SARS coronavirus 2, it is the latter. It’s just not that deadly. Believe it or not, the purported deadliness of this virus was a miscalculation caused by a reporting error in February 2020 that no one except a Scottish doctor - Malcolm Kendrick - caught.

In February of 2020, the CDC published an editorial in the New England Journal of Medicine. They said that the overall consequences of COVID-19 would be akin to that of the seasonal flu, which they said had a Case-FatalityRate9 of 0.1%. Meaning that one person out of every 1000 who are infected and who develop strong symptoms will die from the infection. But this number was incorrect. Maybe it was a typo, maybe it was done on purpose, but nobody caught the mistake.

What they meant to say in the editorial was that the Infection Mortality Rate10 was 0.1% - not the Case-Fatality Rate. Regardless of the disease, the CFR is always higher than the IFR, as more people who develop strong symptoms from an infection will die than those who are infected by it and do not develop strong symptoms. Got it?

The actual CFR of the seasonal flu is 1.0%, not 0.1%. They (mistakenly – or on purpose) took the IFR of the seasonal flu and matched it to the projected CFR of COVID-19, resulting in a projected death-rate 10 Times Higher than it should have been. By these incorrect calculations, if the flu killed 1000, then the projections were that COVID-19 was going to kill 10,000. This is why the lockdowns were ordered. In reality, the IFR of COVID-19 is very similar to the seasonal flu – about 0.1% With epidemics or pandemics, as more people are tested, the IFR always goes down.

The IFR is a difficult number to assess world-wide, but it can be best approximated in countries with a high level of testing per-capita. Right now, that country is Iceland.

According to their data, the IFR of SARS coronavirus 2 is somewhere between 0.03% and 0.28%. If we average those numbers out, we get the figure 0.16%. As time goes by and more people are tested, that number will surely drop. The estimated IFR of this coronavirus will most likely settle at around 0.1% - which is the same as a very bad flu – and at that IFR there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO SHUT DOWN THE ENTIRE WORLD’S ECONOMY. But now that the miscalculated death rate cat has been out of the bag for over 6 months, don’t expect anybody to say “Whoops – my bad!” anytime soon. Medicine doesn’t work like that. It is a self-regulating, self-policing monopoly that has been around for 108 years.11 It never admits that it is wrong. Never.

But I am not finished. If the CDC editorial published in the New England Journal of Medicine was the result of an oversight, a mistake, or an editing error (which I hope is the case) that’s one thing. Outright scientific fraud is quite another. Prepare to be dumbfounded…

In using the scientific method to prove that a particular illness is caused by a virus there are 6 criteria that must be met. These are referred to as “Rivers Modification of Koch’s Postulates.12” The 6 criteria to be met are:

1. The virus must be isolated from a host.

2. The virus must be cultivated in host cells.

3. Once the cultivation is complete, you must be able to filter away everything that is not the virus.

4. The virus must then be introduced into another host of the same species as the original host and produce the same disease that it produced in the original host.

5. Once the new host becomes sick from the virus, you must be able to re-isolate from it the same virus that you infected it with.

6. You must be able to detect a specific immune response upon to exposure to the virus.

If these 6 criteria are not met, then you have not proven that a particular virus is the cause of a particular disease. Believe it or not, these 6 criteria have not been fulfilled regarding the SARS coronavirus-2 and COVID-19. Another way of saying this is that the supposition that the disease called COVID-19 is caused by an infection from the SARS coronavirus 2 has never been proven.

Did your brain just explode? Mine did – and I wrote this stuff…

Here are the published papers that started the fire that became the worldwide raging inferno known as SARS coronavirus 2: • Peng Zhou et al. Discovery of a novel coronavirus associated with the recent pneumonia outbreak in 2 humans and its potential bat origin.

• Na Zhu et al. A novel Coronavirus from patients with Pneumonia in China.

• Jeong-Min Kim et al. Identification of coronavirus isolated from a Patient in Korea with COVID-19 None of these studies met ANY of the 6 Rivers criteria! If the criteria are not all met, then you simply cannot say that it was the virus that caused the disease. They didn’t meet any of them, but - like the fella said, “If you’re going to lie, tell a BIG LIE.” The Jeon-Min Kim paper did just that. They told a really big lie. Believe it or not, here is what they said:

“Following the first outbreaks of unexplained pneumonia in Wuhan, China in late 2019, a new coronavirus was identified as the causative agent in January 2020.”

This conclusion was NOT supported by their findings, nor by the findings that the authors cited as a reference to back up their claim! Bad dog! No biscuit! There is a term for this: Fraud. By the way - nobody caught it – and none of the authors of the study lost their medical license.

Interestingly enough, the Rivers criteria were never fulfilled for the original SARS coronavirus either – even though an article in the prestigious medical journal “Nature” said that they were! On May 15, 2003 this article was published in “Nature:” Koch’s postulates fulfilled for SARS virus. The only problem is that when you read the paper and the supporting research that the paper sites, only 3 of the Rivers criteria were met. Koch’s postulates were not even talked about!

Well – as it turns out, somebody caught the lies. It was Andrew Kaufman MD. He gives a really nice YouTube presentation discussing all of the above. You should watch it before it becomes censored. You can find it here.

The fact that many people who test positive for the SARS coronavirus-2 are in fact asymptomatic makes an open-minded scientist ask the question – Why? Since there simply are not that many open-minded scientists around, let alone any opening their mouths about any of this, I will have to answer this question myself. There are only 2 possible explanations for the phenomenon of the asymptomatic carrier: 1. The virus is not nearly as deadly as it was touted to be.

2. The testing is inaccurate.

Now I am really going to make your brain explode…

On May 13th, 2020 Dr. Stolon Alexov (the president of the Bulgarian Pathology Association, member of the European Society of pathology, and head of the histopathology department at the Oncology Hospital in Sofia, Bulgaria) gave a press conference where he said that it is currently impossible to create a vaccine against SARS coronavirus 2 and that – remarkably – it has never been proven that anyone has ever died from it! Let me walk you through the details of his statements.

When the human body is infected by a virus, it forms antibodies against it. Scientists then find and tag the antibodies with certain stains. Then they take diseased tissue from someone who has died from a disease that they suspect was caused by that particular virus. Then they coat the diseased tissue with the stained antibodies. After giving the antibodies time to latch onto the viruses which are presumed to have caused the disease that killed the person – and are therefore in the tissue sample, they look under a microscope and see if the antibodies have in fact latched onto them.

This process is referred to as immunohistochemistry. So – if NO antibodies to the SARS coronavirus 2 have been discovered, then it is impossible for pathologists to determine if anyone has been infected with the SARS coronavirus 2, because you can’t paint the suspected diseased tissue with the antibodies because you don’t have them!

No antibodies to the SARS coronavirus 2 have yet to be discovered.

In the May 13th interview, Dr. Alexov said the following: “…the main conclusion [of those of us who participated in the May 8 webinar] was that the autopsies that were conducted in Germany, Italy, Spain, France and Sweden do not show that the virus is deadly….What all of the pathologists said (at this meeting) is that there’s no one who has died from the coronavirus. I will repeat that: no one has died from the coronavirus.” Feeling light-headed? Me too.

Chapter 2 Testing Inaccuracy & Shortcomings In this chapter I will be, in-part, paraphrasing from an article published at “offguardian.org” and written by Torsten Engelbrecht and Konstantin Demeter. To read the original article, please go here.

All medical tests have parameters which define how accurate they are. These parameters are referred to as the “Sensitivity & Specificity” of the test. Here are the definitions of these terms: • Sensitivity is the proportion of patients with a disease in whom the test is positive.

• Specificity is the proportion of patients without a disease who test negative.

For a lab test to be valid, it’s sensitivity and specificity must be compared to a “goldstandard.” As it turns out, the tests currently available for SARS coronavirus 2 are completely unreliable, as they were never compared to a Gold-Standard. Why? Because a gold-standard for the testing of the SARS coronavirus 2 does not exist! If someone had fulfilled the Rivers Criteria and actually isolated a virus, then cultured and multiplied it - that would be the Gold Standard. But as mentioned in the previous chapter – that has not been done.

The horse is so far out of this barn now that researchers are saying that the GoldStandard for the test is the test itself in concert with a person showing the symptoms of COVID-19! That’s like saying “I have a test to prove that you are a witch. If I throw you in the water and you float then you are a witch, because everyone knows that witches float.” I mean – seriously, we shut down the entire world’s economy because of this???

The test that is used to detect the SARS coronavirus 2 is called a Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test. It is interesting to note that the person who invented it, Kary Mullis, (who, by the way, received the Nobel Prize for its invention), never intended it to be used to detect a viral infection. In essence this test is not really a test at all. It is a 21

DNA manufacturing machine, designed to help genetic researchers to duplicate DNA sequences billions of times.

This is where it gets really interesting (and upsetting), because this particular PCR procedure works by looking for (and then duplicating) gene sequences that researchers have pre-programmed into it. These are referred to as “Probes” and “Primers.” The Probes and Primers that were pre-programmed into the PCR test for SARS coronavirus 2 have never been proven to be a part of the virus itself! They were presumed to be part of the viral genome. Remember – the SARS coronavirus itself has never been isolated, so what the manufacturers of the test are using as their Probes and Primers are gene sequences collected from patients who were positively diagnosed with COVID-19. What!? That’s right. The pre-programmed gene sequences that the PCR test looks for have never been proven to be a part of SARS coronavirus 2. It’s all extrapolated guesswork. I wonder if the enormous amount of money generated by all of this testing had anything to do with this.

By the way - this is why the PCR testing results are all over the place, with one of the most famous being governor Mike DeWine from Ohio who tested Negative and then Positive on back to back tests given on the same day. The insanity gets even more arcane as evidenced by this product announcement inside one of the PCR tests distributed by Roche: “These assays are not intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis of coronavirus infection.”

And for another nail in the coffin of the PCR test we have this statement by the FDA itself: “The detection of viral RNA by RT-PCR does not necessarily equate with an infectious virus.”

Wow – And all along I thought I was supposed to be the quack…

Additionally – even if the researchers somehow got it right with their preprogrammed Probes and Primers, in order for the virus to hurt people it must be fully intact. The PCR test only looks for a tiny part of the virus. If the virus has been destroyed, and tiny parts of it are floating around, which are then picked up and multiplied by the Primers and Probes, then the test will come back positive – even though the virus is no longer a threat.

But for the icing on the cake of PCR test stupidity let’s look at these data as reported by my colleague Sherry Tenpenny, DO etc. on Vaxxter.com: 22

Even if a person has had all the symptoms associated with a coronavirus infection or has had exposure to persons who have had a COVID-19 diagnosis, the probability of an RT-PCR test being positive decreases with the number of days past the onset of symptoms.

According to a study done by Paul Wikramaratna and others: For a nasal swab, the percentage chance of a positive test declines from about 94% on day 0 to about 67% by day 10. By day 31, there is only a 2% chance of a positive result.

For a throat swab, the percentage chance of a positive test declines from about 88% on day 0 to about 47% by day 10. By day 31, there is only a 1% chance of a positive result.

In other words, the longer the time frame between the onset of symptoms and the time a person tests for COVID-19, the more likely the test will be negative.

We have just shown the scientific shortcomings of the PCR test, but what about the antibody test? As already discussed, the human immune system generates antibodies to microbes that invade it. If a scientist is smart enough, he/she can perhaps develop a test that looks for the presence of the antibodies to the SARS coronavirus 2, and voila – you win the gold ring. I wish it were that easy. It’s not. Here’s what the CDC says about antibody testing for this virus: If you test positive.

A positive test result shows you may have antibodies from an infection with the virus that causes COVID-19. However, there is a chance that a positive result means you have antibodies from an infection with a different virus from the same family of viruses (called coronaviruses).

Having antibodies to the virus that causes COVID-19 may provide protection from getting infected with the virus again. But even if it does, we do not know how much protection the antibodies may provide or how long this protection may last.

Talk with your healthcare provider about your test result and the type of test you took to understand what your result means. Your provider may suggest you take a second type of antibody test to see if the first test was accurate.

You may test positive for antibodies even if you have never had symptoms of COVID-19. This can happen if you had an infection without symptoms, which is called an asymptomatic infection.

If you test negative • •

You may not have ever had COVID-19.

You could have a current infection. o The test may be negative because it typically takes 1–3 weeks after infection for your body to make antibodies. It’s possible you could still get sick if you have been exposed to the virus recently. This means you could still spread the virus. o Some people may take even longer to develop antibodies, and some people who are infected may not ever develop antibodies.

Let me summarize the above concerning the antibody testing for SARS coronavirus 2: • If you test positive you may or may not have the virus, and it is possible that you will become infected again.

• If you test negative, you may or may not have the virus. So, get another test.

The testing inaccuracy breeds another phenomenon: Gross misrepresentations of the numbers of people who are actually sick. When you marry this with the current trends in medical reporting, you get results which are completely out of touch with reality and which only serve to mislead people and stoke fear. Hospitals and doctors (for whatever reason) are reporting deaths from people with the SARS coronavirus 2 as if they died from the SARS coronavirus 2. So – if a patient dies from bacterial pneumonia and they test positive for the virus, that death is reported as being caused by the virus.

In August, the CDC stated that only 6% of COVID-19 deaths in the US were from COVID-19 alone. The other 94% were from people with pre-existing health conditions who were pretty sick already and who presumptively were infected with the virus. This opens up an interesting discussion. If the majority of people who are

infected by the SARS coronavirus-19 do not die from it, and if the majority of people who do die with it had pre-existing health conditions, then why aren’t the pre-existing health condition people the ones being quarantined? It would make much more sense to do that than to lockdown the entire world, wrecking the economy in the process – and causing all kinds of collateral pain, suffering and death.13 Also - what nobody is questioning (except me) is - Why are so many people sick with pre-existing conditions in the first place, and why don’t the MDs know how to treat them effectively when they come down with a viral infection? The answer to these questions I wrote extensively about in my 2 books, which you should get and read. 14 Here is the short answer. So many people are sick with pre-existing medical conditions because the MDs are trained in medical therapeutics which are insufficient to this cause. They are like color-blind artists trying to paint a picture of you family.

They are going to get it wrong. The only reason they maintain their position at the top is because they and Big-Pharma control the medical monopoly – and they actively prohibit your access to all other systems of medicine – especially the ones that are more effective than theirs.

The icing on the cake of testing inaccuracy is just good-old-fashioned incompetence.

Perhaps the most famous of these cases was from Texas. The Texas state Department of Health Services released numbers of COVID-19 cases in Colin county as a matter of public education. The number was just north of 4,600. This prompted an audit, after which the active number of COVID-19 cases was dropped to under one hundred. Was this from incompetence? Was it done on purpose in order to receive more Federal funding? Who knows? Either way you shake it, a 5,600% error is unacceptable. I am wondering if anyone lost their job over this…

Feeling all warm and fuzzy now? How about safe? Do you feel safe? Has your respect for the medical professionals in charge of all of this COVID-19 stuff increased or decreased after reading my little diatribe? To be frank, my respect for the medical professionals in charge of all things medical evaporated 30 years ago. It is high time that you too opened your eyes and dispassionately looked at all of the failures of

conventional medicine. Only then will you be able to make an informed decision regarding how you chose to move forward to secure your own health in however much time is left to you. Chapter 3 Putting It All Together Here is what we have learned so far.

1. Nobody knows the origins or the purpose of viruses.

2. Viruses are the most abundant microbes in the human body.

3. The science behind mask wearing shows that they do work at stopping the spread of bacteria, but they not work at stopping the spread of viruses. Also – they are meant to protect everyone from the mask-wearer, not the mask wearer from everyone else. Therefore, if you are wearing a mask it means that you think you are infected, so you should be staying home and not out in public.

4. The published studies that say masks do not stop the spread of viruses being ignored, and the ones that say that they do stop the spread of viruses are not being scrutinized for their practical applicability.

5. Asymptomatic carriers only infect others rarely, and when they do, it is people that they are in close contact with at home.

6. Leaning on the data from Iceland, the projected Infection Mortality Rate for the SARS coronavirus 2 will ultimately come in right around 0.1% - which is 10 times less that we were told it would be, making lockdowns completely unnecessary.

7. The published studies from China that started all of this uproar were fraudulent. They said that the SARS coronavirus had been determined to be the cause of COVID-19, but their published data (as well as the references they cited) did not support that conclusion.

8. The PCR test for SARS coronavirus 2 was never meant to be a diagnostic test, and it has never been proven to be able to detect the SARS coronavirus 2. It’s Sensitivity and Specificity have never been calculated for lack of a GoldStandard.

9. Neither Koch’s postulates, nor the Rivers modifications have been fulfilled regarding the SARS coronavirus 2. Therefore, it has never been proven that it

has infected anybody, nor that it is the causative agent behind the illness known as COVID-19.

10. Antibodies to the SARS coronavirus 2 have never been isolated.

11. Only a small percentage of people who come down with COVID-19 actually die from it, and all of them were sick to begin with.

How ‘bout them apples? This type of bad science is what happens inside of a selfpolicing and self-regulating Medical Monopoly. It could never happen in a free medical market. We haven’t had a free medical market since 1912, but I am working on changing that. So - stay tuned…

Chapter 4 Naturopathic Medicine Naturopathic physicians have excellent track records in helping people to recover from viral illnesses. A colleague of mine, Virender Sodhi AMD, ND has a clinic in Bellevue Washington. Here are his results with his prevention and treatment of COVID-19 patients as reported in the Indian publication DT Next: “Dr Virender Sodhi, a naturopathic and ayurvedic physician from Washington state with over 32 years’ experience practicing in the US has positive testimony of administering a preventive protocol for over 2,000 of his regular patients and records that it has yielded a 100 per cent success rate. “We have developed a dedicated protocol that we administered for our regular patients and followed it up with a survey questionnaire to collect our data and not even one COVID19 positive case was reported till date,” said Dr Sodhi.

He went on to add: “We started getting calls from new patients who tested positive and we did telemedicine for them and put them on our protocol. We have treated 14 positive cases, the majority of them over 70 years of age and in the high-risk category with hypertension and diabetes conditions. Yet all turned negative within seven days of administering the protocols. The numbers we treated may not be large but the fact that we have a 100 per cent success rate is comforting and reassuring.”

All of my Naturopathic colleagues that I have talked to in the last 4 months have similar stories – and not one of their patients has died from COVID-19. This is perhaps the best-kept secret of the whole pandemic. Why wait for a new, expensive and unproven vaccine when you can enjoy the benefits of science-based, clinically verified Naturopathic medical treatments now?

Conventional medical doctors practicing allopathic medicine focus on strategies that kill microbes (virus or bacteria).15 They use vaccines, anti-biotics and anti-virals, etc.

Naturopathic doctors on the other hand deliver therapeutics that help the body to kill 15

the microbe and/or to alter the terrain of the body so that the microbe cannot survive. This approach is much better and more effective than the “Kill the bug” approach because if you just develop medicines that kill the bug, the bug develops resistance to the drugs. Then you get the emergence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria, which is in my opinion, the next plague. Even the World Health Organization agrees with me on this count: "Antibiotic resistance is growing, and we are fast running out of treatment options," says the WHO's assistant director-general for health systems and innovation, Marie-Paule Kieny.16 Let’s say that there’s a place in your backyard where water collects and remains after a rainstorm. It will eventually attract mosquitos. To deal with the mosquitos, one solution would be to pour mosquito-killing chemicals on the water. A better solution would be to drain the water, so that there is no more place for the mosquitos to breed. That’s an imperfect, but effective metaphor to describe the difference between MD and ND treatments for infectious disease.

The proper perspective makes all the difference when you are trying to figure something out. MDs bring to the table an old fashioned, ill-informed perspective – and that is why we are getting sicker as a country while under their care. In the first chapter, I gave the statistic of Black Americans who – while constituting only 13% of the population, suffer from the symptoms of this pandemic by 23%. MDs blame this on genetics. This is incorrect. My colleague, Dr. Joel Wallach wrote a book years ago called “Black Gene Lies, Slave Quarter Cures.” It completely disproved the notion that African Americans suffer greater incidences of heart disease and blood-sugar abnormalities (which they do) because of genetics. Genetics has nothing to do with it.

Diet has everything to do with it. Blacks in this country eat more fried food than any other demographic. Fried food is loaded with a chemical called acrylamide.

Acrylamide causes inflammation and cancer. It is absolutely, positively the wrong food for the human body. Eating it is like putting diesel fuel in an unleaded engine.

Over time the consistent consumption of large quantities of fried food whittle away at the health of the consumer. Then something breaks. Not because of a bad gene – but because of bad medical care. This is why blacks in the USA are more susceptible to viral stress than members of other races. But because conventional medical doctors do not know this, and because they have no training, no clinical experience, no 16

respect nor appreciation for applied medical nutrition, their patients’ health fails – and the doctor gets a pass – because it was the doctors’ fault that they became ill – it was the patients’ fault. After all, they were the ones the bad genes.

Naturopathic physicians bring a reality-based, and correct perspective to bear on the subject of health and its acquisition. Our treatments are in-step with natural law and produce remarkable results most of the time. But because of the AMA-driven, Bigpharma sponsored medical monopoly that has existed in this country since 1912, most Americans do not even know that we exist. More’s the pity. If we had been consulted by the Trump administration about how to deal with this (presumed) pandemic, there would have been no lockdowns, no shutdowns, and much fewer deaths. SARS Coronavirus-2 Prevention & Treatment Dr. Glidden makes no claims as to the efficacy of the recommendations contained in this document.

The human body is a complicated thing and is the reason why medical malpractice insurance premiums are the highest for anesthesiologists - because you never really know how someone’s body is going to react to whatever you are putting into it. This not only applies to pharmaceuticals, but to Naturopathic therapeutics as well. It is rare that a naturopathic treatment will hurt someone (unlike pharmaceuticals), but sometimes the naturopathic strategies are insufficient to the cause. Nothing is 100% set in stone - as there are always many variables at play. In this document, Dr. Glidden will show you what he and a few of his colleagues have seen work in the past with their patients, but that is no guarantee that the recommendations outlined here will be 100% effective for you. Coronavirus-2 viral pandemic. I have broken them down into 3 parts: 1. Building a Foundation for Health – What to do, every day from now on, to optimize your overall health.

2. Prevention – What to do to make your system strong so that if you do become infected, it is a short lived and uncomplicated illness.

3. Treatment - What to do if you actually do become infected with SARS Coronavirus-2.

These recommendations are based on what myself and my colleagues have actually seen work in clinical settings over the course of our professional careers. They are not theoretical. They are science-based and clinically verified. Please keep in mind that, like all medical treatments, these recommendations are not guaranteed. As mentioned in the disclaimer at the top of this document, the human body is a complicated thing – and different people will react differently to the same treatment. Generally speaking, the recommendations below are a very good place to start and will go a long way towards optimizing your body’s health – which is never a bad idea, whether you are dealing with viral stress or not.

1) Building a Strong Foundation for Health • Meditate for 15 minutes a day.

• I have been a meditator since the age of 13. I am 62 now and have a good deal of experience in this area. I have put together written instructions for how to perform one of my favorite meditations. It can be found at the end of this document.

• Eliminate the 12 Bad Foods (Wheat, Barley, Rye, Oats, Oil in a bottle, Fried Food, Well-Done Red meat, Meat with Nitrates/Nitrites added as preservatives, Skins of Baked Potatoes/yams/sweet potatoes, Carbonated beverages before or during a meal, Corn & Soy – unless they are organic & non-GMO). Information about why these foods are bad for you can be found here.

• Salt your food so that it tastes good. Dr. Glidden recommends “Real Salt” from the Great Salt Lake in Utah, or Celtic Seat Salt. If you can find one of these brands that has Iodine added to it, all the better. You can watch a video presentation regarding the subject of Salt here.

• Take the following nutritional supplements regularly.

o How to Take: • In a blender mix 1 scoop of the BTT, ½ scoop of the BOFx, 1 ounce of the PDM with 2 cups of water, a little ice, organic fruit (fresh or frozen) and some protein powder of your choice. Take at least 1 hour to drink it down. Do this twice a day.

2) Immune Support for Prevention During the SARS Coronavirus 2 Viral Pandemic Please do these things in addition to the Building a Strong Foundation for Health steps outlined above.

• Eat 50-60 grams of protein every day. Your immune system is made from protein – so it just makes sense to feed it properly. Make sure that the protein you eat is Not on the “Bad-Foods” list. Hitting this number by the addition of a Protein-Powder to your daily diet is perfectly fine. Use whichever one you like.

• Donate a pint of blood. According to Morley Robbins’ research, one of the leading drivers of poor immune health is an overload of Iron in the human body. The easiest way to dump excessive iron from the body is by donating blood. By the way - this theory of “iron-overload” is one that very few medical practitioners have any working knowledge about what-so-ever. I wouldn’t tell the blood-bank people that this is what you are trying to accomplish – as they wouldn’t understand it.

• Get an Organic Lemon. Cut it in half and squeeze the juice into a cup of hot water (or hot tea). Drink it down. The “full-spectrum” Vitamin C contained in the lemon juice is a very effective strengthener for your immune health. Please note – Vitamin C from lemon juice is very different from most over the counter Vitamin C supplements – as the latter are 100% “Ascorbic acid,” which is not recommended in high doses.

• Dr. Jared Zeff, one of the most respected Naturopathic physicians in the world recommends Constitutional Hydrotherapy as an integral part of any Immune-Support program. An easy way to accomplish this for prevention purposes is as follows: A cold rinse at the end of a hot shower. Wow! This is challenging!

The best way to do this is to just “go for it” and turn the hot water all the way off all at once (kind of like jumping into a cold lake or ocean rather than wading in slowly. It is best to just get it over with ASAP).

Run in place in the cold-water shower, yell and scream (let your housemates know what you are up to) and do whatever it takes to remain in the cold shower for at least 30 seconds (a full minute is better). Of course, you need to take precautions so that you don’t slip and fall, and if you have a pacemaker or a feeble heart then this is Not recommended. (It is perfectly fine to yell “I hate you Dr. Glidden” at any time during this process ;-) (A more through approach to Constitutional Hydrotherapy is outlined in the “Treatment” part of this document here).

• Immune-Supportive Herbal Tea recipes from the desk of Dr. Virender Sodhi: o Recipe #1: • 1 tsp grated turmeric root or ½ tsp turmeric powder • 1 tsp grated ginger root or ½ tsp dried ground ginger • Pinch of black pepper • ½ lemon juiced • 2 tsp raw honey (organic and local is best) • 1 ½ cups filtered water Bring the water, turmeric, ginger and black pepper to a gentle simmer, cooking for 10 minutes on low heat. You don't want the pot to bubble or boil. Take off the heat and squeeze in the lemon juice.

Strain the tea into a cup and add 1 teaspoon of honey. If using raw honey, wait for the tea to cool down a few minutes so the heat doesn't destroy some of its nutrients. Enjoy! o Recipe #2: • 1-inch piece Ginger root (or 1 tsp. ginger powder) • 1-inch piece Turmeric root (or 1 tsp. turmeric powder) • 1 stick cinnamon (or 1 37

tsp. cinnamon powder) • 2-3 slices of Lemon • Cayenne pepper • Raw honey • A medium sized pot In a medium sized pot, add ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, lemon and a small dash of cayenne. Fill the pot 3/4 with filtered water. Bring to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let it stand for a few minutes until it's the temperature that you like. Pour the liquid into mug or mason jar. Enjoy! o Recipe #3: • 1 stick of cinnamon • 1 stick (or 1 tsp.) of licorice root • 1-2 tsp. holy basil leaves (torn) • ½ tsp. grated ginger • ½ lemon juiced • Honey to taste (optional) • 2 ½ cups filtered water Bring one cup water to a boil on the stove. Once boiling, add remaining ingredients (except honey) to the pot and lower heat. Simmer for at least 5 minutes. Strain herbs and serve hot. If you’re using honey, make sure to let the tea cool down a bit first before adding.

• Homeopathy: o The recommendations here are subject to change, so it is best to frequent my website for updates regularly. As of October 1, 2021, the recommendation is: • Bryonia alba 30C: o Adults - Take 2 pellets orally 3 times in one day. Do this once a week (e.g., Every Sunday take 2 pellets in the morning, 2 pellets in the afternoon and 2 pellets in the evening). o Children – Take 2 pellets orally once a week.

For those of you not familiar with homeopathy, you can purchase homeopathic medicines (called “Remedies”) at any Health Food Store and/or Whole Foods outlet. They are also available Online.

Homeopathic remedies are sold in small plastic or glass tubes/bottles that are about the size of your pinky finger. One tube/bottle is all that you will need. One unit will cost from $6-$12 USD. Inside are about 100 small, medicated sugar pellets. I wrote extensively about homeopathy in my first book Everybody is Sick, and I know Why, which you can find at my Amazon channel.

• “Super Olive Health” This is an alcohol extract of wildcrafted and organic Olive Leaf. A write-up on this wonderful herb can be found at the end of this document.

Dosage: • Adults: 2ml (there is a 1 ml mark on the dropper in the bottle) 3 times daily. o Children: 1 ml 3 times daily. o Toddlers: 1 ml a day • Purchase this product at the same place you ordered the Youngevity brand of nutritional supplements mentioned in the Building a Strong Foundation for Health section in the beginning of this document.

2) What To Do If You Come Down With A SARS Coronavirus-2 Infection • Eat chicken soup in whatever form you find most enjoyable.

• Get Tonic Water (not Club Soda or Sparkling Water) and drink 1 quart a day.

• Increase the Lemon Juice intake to three times a day.

• Increase the Plant Derived Mineral Dose o Adults: 1 ounce 3 times a day o Children: 1 ounce twice a day • Increase the Rosita Cod Liver oil dose: o Adults: 3 caps 3 times daily with food o Children: 2 caps 2 times daily with food o Toddlers: 1 cap 2 times daily - pierce the cap with a sterilized needle and squeeze oil into mouth or onto food.

• Increase the Super Olive Health Dose: Adults: 4ml (there is a 1 ml mark on the dropper in the bottle) 3 times daily.

o If a Dry Cough is the presenting symptom, then use Bryonia alba 30C: 2 pellets orally 4x daily until relief sets in, then STOP. o If your symptoms are noticeably worse starting at or around 4:00 PM, then use Lycopodium clavatum 30C: 2 pellets orally 4x daily until relief sets in, then stop. o If your chief complaint is Extreme Fatigue and shortness of breath, then use Carbo-vegetabilis 30C: 2 pellets orally 4x daily until relief sets in, then STOP. o The DOSAGES ABOVE APPLY TO CHILDREN OR ADULTS.

• Constitutional Hydrotherapy – The Full Monty. Do this once a day. You will need help. Do not do this by yourself. This info comes directly from Dr. Zeff’s website.

The purpose of this treatment is to stimulate a more rapid improvement in health, along with the application of specific dietary therapy and other measures. It is an integral part of most of our treatment protocols, but it has other applications. It can be used whenever there is a fever or febrile illness, or to ward off illness which is beginning to manifest. It is strengthening and healing to the digestive system, helps to normalize circulation, soothes the nervous system, stimulates eliminative and detoxifying processes, and stimulates the vital force. It is a subtle yet powerful treatment with no potential for harm if done according to the following directions, under the order of a qualified naturopathic physician. If one is doing this treatment during chronic illness, a weekly report to the naturopathic physician is mandatory, and no other treatments or medications of any kind should be used without the knowledge and approval of the naturopathic physician.

1. With the patient lying on the back, cover the bared chest and abdomen, from the neck to the pubic bone, with 2-4 thicknesses of terrycloth towel wrung out in hot water tolerable to the touch. Cover the body with

a blanket to avoid becoming chilled. Leave the hot towels in place for five minutes.

2. Replace the hot towels with a single thickness of towel wrung out in cold water. Cover the person as before to avoid chill. Leave the cold towel in place for 10 minutes. Do not remove the towel until it has become warmed.

3. Turn the patient over and repeat the same treatment on the back.

The treatment takes about half-an-hour. This method is best done to the patient by another person.

If the patient is going to administer the treatment to himself the following modification should be used.

Take a hot bath or shower for 5-10 minutes. Get out and dry off. Take a large towel wrung out in cold water and wrap it around the torso, from the armpits to the groin. Cover up with a robe or blanket to avoid a chill. Leave in place 2030 minutes. Do not remove the towel until it becomes warmed.

At the end of this treatment the patient should feel better. They should not feel chilled. If they do not feel better, or feel chilled, contact the naturopathic physician and do not repeat the treatment.

Conclusion That about wraps it up. As far as I know, less than 10 of the patients suffering from COVID-19 that myself or my colleagues have treated over the last 2.5 years have needed to be hospitalized, and none have died - even those at high risk. Most people recover from this illness within 9 days – sooner if they are undergoing naturopathic treatment. If, after 6 days of pursuing the self-help treatment strategies outlined here you are getting worse – then schedule a treatment with a local licensed naturopathic doctor (you can find one here), or with me. Olive Leaf Information

Olive Leaf History Olive leaf is the leaf of the olive tree (Olea europaea) and was first used medicinally in Ancient Egypt. It is gaining recognition as a powerful defender against sickness and numerous scientific studies have been conducted to investigate the extracts beneficial properties. The reported benefits of olive leaf extract range from promoting increased energy and healthy blood pressure, to supporting the cardiovascular system and the immune system.

Olives are native to Asia Minor and Syria, but are cultivated in Mediterranean countries and also Chile, Peru and South Australia. We have found that the Mediterranean source of olive leaf to be superior to other sources as its properties are stronger and more effective. More recent knowledge of the olive leaf's medicinal properties dates back to the early 1800s when pulverized leaves were used in a drink to lower fevers. A few decades later, green olive leaves were used in tea as a treatment for malaria.

From research to date, we can say that supplemental olive leaf may be beneficial in the treatment for conditions caused by, or associated with, a virus, bacterium or protozoan.

Stress.

Many people who live stressful lives who may be particularly susceptible to colds and viruses may benefit from long-term use of olive leaf as a preventive agent. Some people have expressed other unexpected benefits of olive leaf, including improved psoriasis, normalization of heartbeat irregularities, diminished cravings, less pain from hemorrhoids, toothaches and chronically achy joints.

Blood Pressure, Viruses, Bacteria, Fungi, Parasites In 1962 an Italian researcher recorded that Oleuropein (the active component in olive leaf) had the ability to lower blood pressure in animals. It dilates the blood vessels so that blood may flow more easily throughout the system. Other European researchers validated that claim and also found it to increase blood flow in the coronary arteries, relieve arrhythmia and prevent intestinal muscle spasms. In the years to follow, a Dutch researcher identified that a primary ingredient in oleuropein inhibited the growth of viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites. This chemical was “elenolic acid.”

Further European research determined this compound to have strong bactericidal, anti-viral and anti-fungal capabilities. A safety study on calcium elenolate was tested with laboratory animals and published by the Upjohn pharmaceutical company in 1970. The study concluded that even in doses several hundred times higher than recommended; no toxic or other adverse side effects were discovered.

Research suggests that olive leaf may be a true anti-viral compound because it appears to selectively block an entire virus-specific system in the infected host. This appears to offer healing effects not addressed by pharmaceutical antibiotics. Olive leaf's broad killing power includes an ability to interfere with critical amino acid production for 44

viruses; an ability to contain viral infection and/or spread by inactivating viruses by preventing virus shredding, budding or assembly at the cell membrane; and the ability to directly penetrate infected cells and stop viral replication.

How to Meditate 20 minutes daily is a good start - and has been proven to strengthen the physiology of the human body - not to mention its documented benefits on the mind… Any meditation practice will suffice. Just commit to doing it Every Day. Optimal results are realized if you meditate at the same time and the same place (your favorite chair, or a certain room in your house) every day. Dawn, Noon, or twilight are particularly conducive to meditation, but any time will do. Make sure that nothing can disturb you (cell phone, other people) during this time. If you have no idea of how to begin, then follow the meditation technique described below. It is one of Dr. Glidden’s favorites.

(BTW - Dr. Glidden started meditating at 12 years old - so I think his advice here is good…)

Suddhi Meditation (pronounced “Should-ee”) Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for the entire time that you are meditating. When you start this practice, the recommendation is to meditate for five minutes twice a day for a week. Then for 10 minutes twice a day for a week. Then for 15 minutes twice a day for a week. Then for 20 minutes (or more) twice a day for the rest of your life. If you can only manage to meditate once a day then that is OK. This technique is like riding a bike – it looks easy, and it is easy, but you have to get the hang of it first. This is one of the oldest meditations known to humankind. One of the essential ingredients of this meditation is that you remain motionless for the entire duration of the meditation. If you can sit cross-legged, then that is best. If you are a woman, make sure that your right leg is over your left leg. If you are a man, then your left leg is over your right leg. Any cross-legged position will do. Of course, the Lotus position is the one that is most advised, but since this is extremely difficult for

most Westerners to do, then sit in a cross-legged position that you can comfortably and without strain maintain for 20 minutes. Keep your back comfortably straight - not bent or hunched over. if sitting cross-legged is just not an option for you, then sit in a chair with your feet flat on the ground. Whether you are sitting in a chair or cross legged on the ground, you must keep your back as straight as possible and your chin parallel to the ground. Your hands are resting comfortably on your lap. If you are a man, the right palm is on top of the left palm and if you are a woman the left palm is on top of the right palm the tips of your thumbs are lightly touching each other. If you are sitting in a chair, then it is perfectly fine to use a cushion either to sit on or to stabilize your lower back. Sit facing the east or the north. When you begin this meditation, it might be a good idea to set a timer so that you don’t have to be worried about how long you are meditating.

Once you have assumed the position, and set the timer, then the rest is easy. I will outline the steps for the actual meditation now in bullet points:

• Close your eyes and take three full breaths. Try to make the breaths as big and as long as possible. Try to make the inhalations the same length as the exhalations.

• After the third exhalation become the observer of your thoughts. This is a little tricky at first because most of us are so attached to our thoughts that we don’t know detaching from them is an option. It is.

• When a thought pops into your mind just observe it and let it go. Do not think it through. Simply observe it and let it go. Sometimes it helps to mentally repeat “Detach.” Once released, the thought will quickly be replaced by another thought. Observe it and let it go. If you find yourself attaching to a thought and thinking it through, then simply stop yourself, detach from the thought, and let it go.

• When you consistently detach from your thoughts, they will begin to slow down. They will continue to pop into your mind, but at a slower pace. Your job is to continue to let them go. Eventually you will find yourself in a very calm and quiet place inside your mind. Enjoy it. Embrace it. Experience it. When a thought pops into your mind (like: “Isn’t this remarkable!”) - just let it go. The entire intention of this meditation is to detach from your thoughts completely, utterly, and totally.

• When the alarm goes off, and before you open your eyes, imagine that a golden healing light is descending over your body from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. Imagine that it is completely, utterly and totally dissolving all shreds of illness in your body. Let this visualization linger for as long as you want.

• When you are ready to end the meditation, take a few deep breaths and slowly open your eyes. Take a moment or 2 to soak up what has happened before you get up and go about your business.

You may have many different experiences over time during this meditation. You may feel like you are in the middle of a vast dome. You may start to see lights or a fivepointed star. You may feel a cool tingly glow descend over you. Whatever happens, just experience it and if you start thinking about anything - just let it go. You may also have the curious experience once the meditation is over, that what seemed like two or three minutes to you was in actuality 15 or 20.

By practicing this meditation, you are grounding yourself in something called “The Witness-Consciousness.” It is very powerful.

With time and practice you will be able to experience that part of your mind (the witness consciousness) which is separate and distinct from your thoughts. You will begin to exercise your spiritual muscles. Your intuition will increase, and your ability to pray will deepen. This technique is elegantly simple and yet is tricky to master. The mind is very much like an ocean – turbulent on top and quiet in the depths. Most of us spend all of our time on the surface. As your practice of this meditation deepens so

will your consciousness and it will take a great deal more stress to negatively affect you when you are not meditating.
