We’re thrilled to welcome our first-time attendees and returning friends for another exciting week. Inside this Event Guide, you’ll find a full agenda for the days ahead. Things kick off with a bang— literally—with the Dana Safety Supply Live Fire Demo at the Orlando Police Department’s indoor range. On Monday, we head to the iconic Daytona International Speedway for the DriveX Driving Experience. Get behind the wheel or ride along in the latest police vehicles from Dodge Law, Ford Pro and GM Fleet, testing them on the paved track, high-speed course and exclusive cone course. Bridgestone also returns with its Driving Experience Demo and is sponsoring complimentary lunch for Full Pass Attendees. Stay hydrated at water stations provided by Magnetic Mic, and visit 15 static display companies for one-onone conversations about products designed to make your fleet safer and more efficient. Tuesday begins with vehicle manufacturer sessions from Dodge Law, GM Fleet and Ford Pro, followed by Agency and Motorcycle Sessions. New this year, PFE launches its inaugural MarineX Marine Experience at Big Toho Marina Tuesday afternoon, giving attendees the opportunity to test several police boats firsthand. Training continues Wednesday and Thursday with a variety of concurrent sessions, while the PFE Exhibit Hall showcases the newest police fleet products from more than 160 fleet-specific vendors. You’ll find the Floor Plan and Exhibitor List in this Guide and in the Cvent Event App. Full Pass LE Attendees can also enjoy four nights of sponsored networking events throughout Orlando. Federal Signal kicks things off Sunday at PBR Cowboy Bar. Monday, Whelen takes over Andretti Indoor Karting & Games. Tuesday, Code 3 & Westin Public Safety welcome attendees to Ole Red, Blake Shelton’s country-themed venue, complete with the chance to win an epic raffle prize. Join us (rain or shine!) for a unique opportunity to test drive vehicles, and view demo vehicles at the world-famous Daytona International Speedway. Check out Bridgestone’s fun & unique Driving Experience demo offers PFE attendees a hands-on opportunity to evaluate tire performance in real-world driving scenarios. Participants will engage in guided “Drive & Learn” exercises, designed to highlight key attributes such as braking, handling, and overall vehicle control. Through side-by-side comparisons...drivers can experience how different tire technologies perform under demanding conditions. This interactive format provides a deeper understanding of product capabilities beyond traditional displays or presentations. For detailed information on this event, please visit the DriveX tab on our website. The first bus departs for the track at 7:45 am, with buses running throughout the day to transport attendees to and from the track. Daytona is located approximately 60 miles away from the Host Hotel. Get ready for the inaugural MarineX Ride Event at Police Fleet Expo 2026. This event is limited to 125 participants, and all participants must be Full Pass Law Enforcement Badge Type. Due to the limited amount of room, we cannot accommodate Exhibitors, Dealers, Upfitters and other non-sworn attendees. Police Fleet Expo 2026 will host the MarineX ride event at Big Toho Marina, located in Kissimmee. After a bus ride (approx. 25 minutes) you will be dropped at Big Toho Marina for the MarineX event. • There will be 6 marine craft manufacturers showcasing their latest vessels • The Boats will be in the water and ready for ride demonstrations • Manufacturer representatives will be on-site to answer any questions This is a unique opportunity to experience marine craft(s) firsthand on the water and evaluate the latest innovations designed for public safety operations. While waiting for your ride, you can relax inside the air-conditioned marina facility, which includes seating, indoor restrooms, and a cafe. Police Fleet Expo is the ONLY event offering this type of hands-on, on-water marine craft evaluation as part of its educational program.
