Instructions for Removing pewag Poultry Chains from the Box 1. Replace the Box Cover First, replace the cover of the box with either the plastic or carton cover.
2. Check the Box Layout The box should look as shown in the illustration righthand side.
3. Prepare the Chain Ends Locate the chain ends and reposition the brown paper. • If the chain ends are already placed on top of the paper, arrange them as shown in the illustration right-hand side. • If the chain ends are underneath the paper, first remove the paper and then place the chain ends on top as shown

4. Remove the Cable Tie Carefully remove the wire indicated in the illustration right-hand side.
5. Pull Out the First Chain Strand After removing the wire, locate the first chain strand marked with the yellow tag and pull it out first.
Important: Always use the chain end with the yellow tag first. Failure to do so may cause the chains to become tangled or knotted. Since all chain ends are connected, you can continue pulling the chain out smoothly once the first strand has been removed.
Recommendation for Installation We recommend placing the box containing the chain underneath the table where the trolleys are being assembled. Then simply follow the procedure described above.
Important Notes • It is not recommended to remove the chains from the box using a forklift attached to the cable tie. • The cable tie is only intended to keep the chain ends together for counting purposes. • The cable tie is not designed for lifting the chain out of the box. pewag poultry chains
