Pressing Tools And Single Purpose Machines
Our core expertise lies in the development and production of forming and punching tools, such as progressive dies, transfer tools, punching and bending tools.
We also manufacture single-purpose pressing lines. We also manufacture single-purpose pressing lines, tailored to customer requirements, with maximum dimensions of 2000 x 800 x 600 mm and a weight of up to 3 tons. Our solutions combine cost efficiency with improved working conditions - the next step towards modern production processes.
Stamped Parts Production
We process materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, hardened steel, aluminum and copper alloys and using tools manufactured in-house or produced on a contract basis according to customer requirements (customers can also provide their own punching tools). Our punching presses (max. 160 tons) can process blanks with a wall thickness of up to 6 mm and can punch individual components measuring up to 500 x 300 mm and weighing up to 3 kg. The production capacity is up to 50,000 pieces per year. Additionally, we offer the design and development of customized stamped parts tailored to your specific requirements.
