This month it’s very special to me and the reason why is because it’s my birthday month and typically I go back one year when I see how much all of us as community have grown. And I’m so proud, truly, frankly so so proud to see how much we as a community have changed in a wonderful way, in a wonderful direction.. we had our first pet fashion week, which was a huge success. We highlighted 15 designers and a few different fashion charity organizations from around the globe. We launched our first magazine issue, which was a complete success. We hosted our first women in power event, along with other virtual events. The full pup fashion week was so much fun following right after PetPIX’s third birthday celebration. Of course not to forget, the mention of getting PetPIX

magazine being published and Amazon publishing our fifth birthday magazine issue with over 180 pages. We were also very excited to be one of the few publications in the Pet industry highlighting multiple languages, and completely focusing on sharing the stories of our community. They are successes, and of course, but not last, supporting a lot of rescue organizations from all around the world. Even writing this down makes me think "oh my gosh I can’t believe we did this only in one year." And of course, as you know. I THANK YOU for being with me on this journey! Please, make sure you take photos and videos to “freeze the moment “ and document the special time of this year!! Let’s don’t take for granted how much we have!! I want to share with you my photo secret. I always take photos in the beginning of each party, celebration. This way each of you look your best and your fur babies will behave well:)

So, my furry moms and dads, let's plan our families' financial lives and live with ease in mind that everyone will be taken care of. Have you ever wanted to have guinea pigs? They are easy to take care of and have fewer expenses, you can leave them at the local pet store for boarding,or your neighbor can come and give them food for a few days while you are on vacation. So that is how we do it. Most of all, they are the sweetest cuddly little beings. They love eating, pooping, squealing, and purring when they hear our voices in the morning or whenever we get home. They watch movies with us while eating cookies and lettuce. A fun fact about guinea pigs is that they must constantly chew on hay or something else to maintain healthy teeth. So their mouths always move.

Unicorns for Caitlin & Bailey Mae

Participants are asked to create posts featuring unicorns and/or the color purple both symbols significant to the cause. Purple is the color of DVAM ribbons and unicorns pay homage to Caitlin Speck and her “unicorn” pup, Baily Mae, whose lives were cut short in an act of Domestic Violence.

Caitlin Conrad Speck was a beautiful young woman and proud puppy mom to Bailey Mae, a chocolate lab. Caitlin proudly chronicled Bailey Mae’s life and marked her fur baby’s growth by taking monthly photos of Bailey Mae wearing unicorn headbands, later posting them to her Instagram account

@BaileyMae.ChocolateUnicorn. Tragically on June 5th, 2020, Caitlin and one-year-old Bailey Mae’s lives were cut short in an unimaginable act of domestic violence. Matthew Speck was arrested in connection to the incident. He was charged with murder, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crimes, and ill treatment towards animals.

The Miss-Mr. Universe Canine Organization (MUC) is a global, inclusive organization that celebrates dog's of all breeds. Every year dogs from across the universe compete for the title of Miss-Mr. Universe Canine. Miss Universe Canine was founded in 2022 by Ruben Santana. He graduated from the American Academy of Pet Stylist in NY i 2006. His colorful and creativ styles have made Ruben one o New York's preeminent pet stylists His artistic designs and pet style have been featured in televisio shows, newspapers and pe fashion shows nationally an internationally.

In 2019 Ruben Santana wo designer of the year at the New York Pet Fashion Show. The purpose of The Miss Univers Canine Pageant is to present the most beautiful canine beauties. The contestants will compete and represent countries Each must show the world their natural beauty, talent, evening gown, and final look. The most important thing is this a fun-filled dog charity event that helps pets.

Cat and Dog Fashionistas is the first ever Cat and Dog Fashion Group in the Philippines. We are a non profit organization who started as a Facebook group May 2016 to gather all Cat and Dog Fashion enthusiasts all over the Philippines. In less than a year, the group already gained its presence all over the world since we have active members from UK and USA to name a few. Our members are composed of following: 1. Pet Fashionistas who compete and attend Pet Fashion Shows, professional and amateurs cat and/or dog owners 2. Pet Fashion Designers, professionals and hobbyist 3. Pet Photographers - professionals and non pro phone/ mobile pet photography lovers 4. Pet Related Business Owners/ Sponsors, Online Business Individuals, Pet Related Brands, Pet Shops, Event Organizers, Pet Fashion Shops, Pet Cafes and related pet friendly establishments etc.

We are so devastated and heartbroken about the fire in the home of Thomas and Melinda Williams that took the lives of all four of their 4 legged darlings. Loosing one is devastating but loosing all... Melinda was a constant at Paws in the City, modeling her beautiful babies in their designer clothes. She entered her babies in our Petpix World Halloween Contest and 2 of them won. I am sure she purchased from our designers as they were always dressed beautifully. Daydi is originally from Cuba, she lives in Palm Beach, Florida. Daydi loves dogs and has three dogs. A Yorkie Toni, a Black Labrador Bella and a Toy Poodle Tori a retired Champion show dog. She’s the owner of Superpaws Mobile Pet Grooming. She graduated Merryfield School of Pet Grooming where she learned to professionally groom from some of industry's best Master Dog Groomers. She is pursuing her National Certified Master Groomer title and currently Master Certified in Non-Sporting Breeds. Daydi keep pursuit for knowledge and is also certified for Non-Anesthetic Dental cleaning for dogs.

A few grooming tips is first to start young and make it a part of the dog’s routine and part of life. It makes it easier on the dog, so they don’t get stressed during grooming session. Occasional Hair brushing at home also help maintain coats in between grooming to avoid getting Matted Hair. Matted hair is knots and tangles in hair which is painful for dogs and can lead to health issues if not properly taken care of. In some cases, matted hair needs to be shaved off if it is too much to detangle and dematt Daydi strongly suggests Daily dental care. Some methods are daily toothbrushing, flavored toothpaste, water additives, and teeth cleaning toys. You should never give human toothpaste on a dog as it contains fluoride and detergents that can cause

Our Christmas in Sweden

On Christmas Eve, the dogs are with us on the couch and do tricks before we all gather in front of the TV where we snuggle together and watch Donald Duck and his friends.

The dogs also get lots of Christmas presents. Noel, our oldest boy, loves packages, he doesn't really care much about the content, but he thinks it's great fun to bite, tear and pull the package and turn it into confetti. Their packages usually include everything from toys, clothes, sweets, to leash and new cozy beds. They also get to taste some Christmas food and then they get chewing bones to enjoy. We have two dogs.

Noel is our oldest and is 3 years old. He is a long-haired crème-colored chihuahua boy. Noel has an absolutely amazing personality, he is incredibly calm, soft and cuddly. He cares a lot about the whole family, but when it comes to training he listens to me best. Noel loves to do tricks, ride and drive a scooter and pose in front of the camera. He has taken titles such as: Grand Champion TrickDog and Professional Animal Actors through Usa and is now also a dog model. Recently his clip on Tiktok where he drives a scooter went viral which was a lot of fun. Dante is our young dog.

He is 1.5 year old shorthaired, black and tan chihuahua male full of energy and joy.

He is the clown in the family, very stubborn but always gives everyone a

good laugh. Dante is a bit more reserved but when he liked someone he doesn't leave their side. Despite his young age, he has managed to practice a lot of tricks, scooter driving and posing. This summer he took his last title and became Professional Animal Actor and Grand Champion Trick Dog. Dante is also a dog model. Dante and Noel are two chihuahua boys from Sweden. They are 1.5 and 2.5 years old. We practice a lot, they really love learning new tricks and getting to act. We have also had the great honor of being

dog models and acting in front of the camera. The boys really like this part and they often charm the photographer with their poses and tricks. Dante is the youngest of them with a lot of speed who really likes to flip in the air and do quick spin tricks. Noel loves to do tricks with his skateboard and has now also become very good at driving a scooter. They both have taken the titles of professional animal actor and Grand champion trickdog .
