Preparing for sale Now is the perfect time to cast a critical eye over aspect of your home. Think like you do when you are looking for a house to buy. Consider who is your potential buyer, and present the property to best appeal to them.

Review and compare properties on the market by attending open homes or viewing online; this will show you the standard of your competition, and might give you some inspiration of how to (or how not to) present your home for sale.

Grab a pen and paper and do a walk through your home and garden, making note of all the little and big jobs. From there, then work our which ones you can manage and which ones you may need to call in professionals for.

 Clear kitchen benches, dining, and coffee tables but leave a homely touch of a fruit bowl, plant, or both

 Make up all beds in simple white linen to brighten bedrooms

 Add some greenery to your home with freshly cut flowers or indoor plants

 Consider scatter cushions or throw rugs for some warm appeal

 Organise the pantry into a neat space

What to expect after listing The timeline and process in selling your property is flexible and able to be customised to suit your needs and goals. We will provide continual feedback from all buyer enquiry, including written reports, verbal feedback or SMS updates; whichever you prefer.
