Polen verstehen heißt vor allem die geschichtlich bedingte Andersartigkeit zu erfassen und zu respektieren, wobei die in Polen noch stärker erhaltene christliche Verwurzelung eine große Rolle spielt, auch gerade in kultureller Hinsicht, was aus deutscher, mehr protestantisch geprägter Sicht besser beachtet werden sollte.
