PN Daly’s relationship with PET-Xi began two years ago when the company enlisted the training provider to deliver its Level 2 Customer Service and Team Leading courses to call centre staff and customer-facing employees across the Midlands. PET-Xi not only helped upskill existing staff but provided the training to new starters to put them in the best possible position to begin their roles.
Recruitment support provided by PET-Xi PN Daly contacted PET-Xi about supporting with a recruitment drive to fill a number of vacancies in the Midlands. The training provider worked with the Job Centre to set-up a sector-based work academy, which not only gave learners the opportunity to gain a Level 2 Customer Service qualification, but also have a guaranteed interview with PN Daly at the end of the process.
