PN Daly’s relationship with PET-Xi began two years ago when the ­company enlisted the training provider to deliver its Level 2 Customer Service and Team Leading courses to call centre staff and customer-facing employees across the Midlands. PET-Xi not only helped upskill existing staff but provided the training to new starters to put them in the best possible position to begin their roles.

Recruitment support provided by PET-Xi PN Daly contacted PET-Xi about supporting with a recruitment drive to fill a number of vacancies in the Midlands. The training provider worked with the Job Centre to set-up a sector-based work academy, which not only gave learners the opportunity to gain a Level 2 Customer Service qualification, but also have a guaranteed interview with PN Daly at the end of the process. Matt Collins, Water Efficiency Project Manager at PN Daly, said: “We’ve always received exceptional service from PET-Xi previously, so we were keen see how they could help us with our recruitment. “The sector-based work academy model is a method which suits all parties. PET-Xi were able to deliver the course from our premises in Litchfield, the learners gained a qualification and we had a g ­ uaranteed pool of potential staff. “PET-Xi also tailored the course to suit the business, providing examples which are relevant to PN Daly.
