FISHING NET CONTAINERS are labeled individually. The date of harvest and the name of the aquaculture association are recorded.

SANIPES issues a HARVEST STATEMENT RECORD (DER) with a code that is unique to each harvested lot. This code will be used for exact traceability of the product throughout the production and commercial chain
