Invades https://www.facebook.com/INVADES/ is looking for an Event and Marketing Manager (EMM) at each of the main universities in Perth – UWA, ECU, Curtin, Murdoch and Notre Dame.

Responsibilities You will need to establish the below marketing structure in your university:  

Group chat 1 - Brand Ambassador in Hall of Residence / Colleges (15 people) Group chat 2 - Brand Ambassadors 2nd year + (15 people)



Group chat 3 - Committees, Sports Clubs, Societies and Academic courses

Key tasks 

Identify, and contact, all Social Secs / President of all Colleges, Sports Clubs and Societies.



Sign up over 15 Colleges, Sports Clubs and Societies to run official Socials to INVADES events (proof with post about INVADES event in page / primary channel of communication).

 

Ensure all Brand Ambassadors invite all FB friends to INVADES FB page.

Ensure all Brand ambassadors invite 250+ friends to the INVADES Facebook event page and share marketing material across Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram for scheduled times.



Ensure Social Secs & Ambassadors are tagging @invades in Instagram stories.



Provide local market insights around key events, key academic dates, and fixtures.



Share Insta and Snapchat stories in line with national level Invades posts.



Maintain a management sheet (ensuring your spreadsheet is up to date is the best way to identify where we have gaps in our teams and marketing infrastructure).

Key targets  

Greater than 5000+ event invites sent within 24 hours of releasing an event Greater than 2000+ interested or attending at the point of event pre ticket launch



Engage 35+ Brand Ambassadors across Colleges, Sports Clubs, Societies and general University community



Achieve 1000+ ticket sales – initially for the Invades raceday event at Ascot Racecourse on 23 March 2024.

Remuneration  AUS $400 management fee (payable at the start of each academic year)  AUS $25 per hour for any in-person work (wristband collections, flyering etc)  Sales Bonus Per Event: o 200 sales = AUS $100 o 300 sales = AUS $300 o 500 sales = AUS $500 o 700 sales = AUS $1000 o 1200 sales = AUS $2000 Additional points – PLEASE NOTE! Payments shall be made within 7 working days of an event.  For payments to be made, EMM Google sheets document, and all above detailed tasks must be up to date and complete.  Bonuses will not be paid unless the EMM has completed all tasks and independently managed their ambassador teams throughout the pre-event lead-up.

Key tasks  Find an Event & Marketing Manager at each University listed above & introduce them to INVADES Head of Event Marketing.

Key targets  Find an Event & Marketing Manager at each of the other universities.

Remuneration  AUS $100 bonus per EMM hire.
