GUARANTIE GARANTÍA Sonia guarantee is 10 years for accessory and 2 years for furniture, wash basins, mirrors, lighting and commercial items. Always from the purchase date.

And only covering materials and manufacturing process defects.

The guarantee will not cover problems consequence of misuse, wrong maintenance, product modifications and the wear caused by normal use of the products.

In order to submit a claim the product, the original invoice and this document should be hand into the place you bought it.

Recomendations: · Always clean with a cloth dampened with water and then dried. · Do not use products or scouring pads that may damage the surface. · Always follow the cleaning, maintenance and installation instructions you will find with each product. · Use the product according to its functionality.

This highly resistant copper and zinc alloy is primarily used in towel bars, grab bars, tp holders, and other accessory mechanisms.

Subsequently, all of these components are coated with over 20 microns of galvanized Nickel Chromium to protect from moisture and obtain shiniest finish.

Aleación metálica de cobre y zinc. Un material de gran resistencia utilizado para las barras, tapas portarrollos y en algunos elementos mecanizados de los accesorios de Sonia.

Posteriormente, a todos estos componentes de latón, se les aplica un recubrimiento galvánico de Ni+Cr superior a 20 micras para crear una capa de protección contra la humedad y conseguir el acabado espejo.

This alloy is resistant to rust given its content of chromium and other metals that react with oxygen forming a protective coating over the iron alloy. Given its properties to strength, we use it in for support brackets and other structural components to be employed in the making of our furniture. Some of our accessories are fully made out of this material.

Given the alloy’s natural resistance to oxidation, there is no need to do any additional plating. At Sonia we give it a surface finish polished or satin through different fine sanding processes.

Es una aleación de elevada resistencia a la corrosión dado que los metales aleantes que contiene, como el cromo, poseen gran afinidad por el oxígeno y reaccionan con él, formando una capa inhibidora, evitando así la corrosión del hierro. After this first treatment the product receives additionally a “long lasting” galvanic coating over 20 microns, which guarantees the extraordinary anti-corrosion quality of our products, getting quality parts with complex geometries in volume and the 10 year-long Sonia Guarantee.

The process of blown glass is a fabrication technique in which air bubbles are made on a piece of molten glass through a long metallic tube either by a machine or in an artisan fashion.

Pressed glass is a manufacturing technique in which molten glass is poured into a mold of a given shape.

All glass products at sonia employe one of these two techniques.

El vidrio soplado es una técnica de fabricación mediante la cual se crean burbujas en el vidrio fundido, inyectando aire dentro de una pieza de material y a través de un largo tubo metálico, bien por medio de una máquina o bien de forma artesanal.

El vidrio prensado es una técnica que parte también del vidrio fundido pero en este caso se usa un molde para darle forma.

Metal fabrication is our expertise and strengths. Our chrome plating process meets the highest industry standards also conforming to adequate and uniform coating in all Bronze and Zamak alloy pieces.

From the design stage, every piece must have minimum radius corners, surfaces must have the correct curvature when available, and all unfinished pieces must be free of micro pores and shavings.

This is how we achieve a long lasting and enduring finish on our accessories.

Uno de los puntos más fuertes de nuestra firma, y en el que tenemos más experiencia, es el sector metal. El recubrimiento que aplicamos a nuestras piezas debe cumplir unos estándares de calidad certificados por normativa.

También es importante que las piezas de latón y zamak sobre las que se aplica tengan una base superficial óptima para que el cromo sea uniforme en toda la pieza y mantenga unos espesores adecuados.

MATERIALS SOLID SURFACE A composite made up of natural minerals and polymers used to create a material similar to that of a natural rock, with a clean, elegant and refined aspect. Since this material can be used in mold casting, it makes it ideal to manufacture surfaces with complex shapes and angles very difficult to make with ceramic.

This is a very higienic material since it is non-porous, non-toxic, and resistant to mould. Moreover, this technology also renders products innovative and popular since they are easy to clean and resistant to scratches. Finally the product is a restorable product since it can be completely restored using commercial detergent and cleaning materials.

This material allows for two available finishes glossy and matte.

SOLID SURFACE Es una composición de minerales naturales y polímeros que da como resultado un material similar a la piedra natural, de aspecto limpio, elegante y fino. La capacidad que tiene para moldearse por inyección lo convierte en un material ideal para el diseño de piezas con superficies complejas, donde la cerámica no es capaz de llegar.

CERAMIC

CERÁMICA

One of the most time-tested and timeless materials use in the fabrication of sanitary furniture. Though this material limits the shapes that can be molded, it is the most durable material known in the market. In its basic form, Ceramic is nothing more than a ceramic paste made up of Clay and Kaolin typically manufactured using a complex fabrication and an artisan finish.

During the process of fabrication, both ceramic components are blended with quartz and feldspar powder in very specific ammounts.

The surface finish if this material is obtained with the application of a mineral enamel solution while the ceramic is soft. With the baking of the ceramic in an industrial oven reaching over 1280 degrees, the ceramic reaches its hardened pint and classic shine.

A quality ceramic finish is noted in the uniformity and smoothness of the surface free from blemishes pores and an even white color throughout the item.

Es unos de los materiales más tradicionales en la fabricación de productos sanitarios. Aún con limitación en las formas, la cerámica es el material más perdurable que existe actualmente en el mercado.

Con un sistema de fabricación complejo y a la vez artesanal, la pasta de cerámica es un material natural compuesto básicamente de arcilla y caolín.

Durante el proceso de fabricación, a ambos materiales (arcilla y caolín) se les añade cuarzo y feldespato finamente molidos y en proporciones muy exactas.

El acabado superficial de este material se consigue mediante la aplicación de un esmalte mineral en las piezas en crudo, y tras una fase de cocción de aprox. 1280 º, alcanza su dureza y brillo característico.

Una pieza de cerámica de calidad se distingue por la uniformidad en las superficies, ausencia de poros, pizcas superficiales y un acabado blanco uniforme en toda la pieza.

MINERALMARMO® & MINERALSOLID®

Similar to our Solid surface, MineralMarmo® is a new generation material easily injection molded and ideal for the fabrication of complex and large surfaces, often used in the fabrication of items such as sinks, flooring and furniture. It is made up of 75% natural minerals and and 25% polymer resin. in sinks the surface resistance is obtained with a coat of polyester. The chemical and mechanical characteristics of this product makes it ideal for decor applications in bathroom as well as public spaces.

MineralMarmo® & MineralSolid® has low care and maintenance requirements. Similar to any faucet, all is required is the use of non abrasive cleaning materials. Not recommended for use in the near strong chemicals such as acids, acetone, and coloured solvents.

Al igual que el Solid Surface, es un material dúctil, de nueva generación, que se modela por inyección y permite el desarrollo de volúmenes y superficies complejas de aplicación en muchas áreas del mercado: lavabos, suelos, mobiliario… Está compuesto en un 75% por productos minerales naturales (carbonato de calcio y trihidratos de aluminio) y un 25% de resina de poliéster. La dureza superficial de los lavabos reside en la película de poliéster que recubre la superficie, las características mecánicas y químicas de este material lo hace indicado para la decoración del baño y de los ambientes públicos.

El mantenimiento y limpieza que tiene MineralMarmo® & MineralSolid® es sencillo, al igual que cualquier grifería, hay que evitar siempre el estropajo y usar jabón y detergentes no abrasivos. Hay que tener cuidado con sustancias químicas agresivas, se aconseja no usar ácidos bajos o fuertes (tales como salfumán y sosa cáustica), acetonas y disolventes clorurados (tricloro-etileno).

A furniture’s finish depends on the type of surface of the boards used to build it. At Sonia we have available several furniture finishes available depending on the type of product and where the finish will be applied.

Each material used has a set of features that makes it more suitable than others given the function that the finish will need to provide.

El acabado final de un mueble depende del tipo de recubrimiento que lleve el tablero que lo construye.

En Sonia disponemos de varios tipos de acabados dependiendo del tipo de producto y también de donde se apliquen.

Cada material tiene una serie de características que lo hacen más apto que otro según las funciones que se le asignen.

NATURAL WOOD LAMINATE

CHAPADO EN MADERA

As a classic finish, we use a thin sheet of natural wood veneer to cover all sides of each component board.

The sheet may be of any wood fibre; and, at Sonia we typically use oak veneer.

On the raw veneer, paints and varnishes are spray painted to create each specific finish. For example, a bluish dye is used to yield an ash finish, while a whitish dye is used to yield wheat and almond finish.

Unique to our brand is the dye used to determine the final color and the varnish to determine the porosity and texture of the finish.

El material de siempre, una fina lámina de madera natural que cubre un tablero en todas sus caras. La lámina puede ser de cualquier tipo de madera, en Sonia usamos habitualmente chapa de roble.

Sobre la chapa en crudo se aplican a pistola los tintes y barnices específicos de cada acabado, por ejemplo, un tinte azulado da como resultado un acabado Ceniza y un tinte blanquecino los acabados Trigo y Almond.

El tinte define el color final y la capa de barniz la porosidad y textura, el resultado es siempre un acabado exclusivo de nuestra marca.

LAMINATE

LAMINADO

Laminate is one of the most commonly used materials used to give furniture a wood finish.

While it used to be typically viewed as low quality, Laminate technology has evolved to a level that rivals qualities traditionally available only in the solid wood finishes.

It consists of a series of layers of paper and resin, using the first to define the finish pattern and color while the latter defines the hardness and texture of the finished product. The range of types of laminate finish vary and is not limited to resemble a materials such as wood, lacquer, cement, textile, fantasy and prints among others.

The main feature of the laminate is the ability to construct a board with a uniform finish throughout and on all sides.

Es uno de los materiales más comunes para el acabado en madera de un mueble.

Antiguamente de muy baja calidad, hoy en día es un material muy evolucionado con unas prestaciones que nada tienen que envidiar a los materiales naturales.

Se compone de una serie de capas, de las que podemos destacar una de papel y otra de resina, la primera aporta el dibujo y color, la segunda dureza y textura superficial. Las tipologías de laminado son muy amplias: maderas, lacados, cemento, textiles, fantasía, estampados, ...

El punto fuerte del laminado es que permite terminar un tablero con el mismo acabado por todas sus caras.

Also a classic finish used for furniture finish, lacquered finish in its basic form consists of the application of multiple paint layers. depending on the number of paint layers applied, we obtain the different textures and colors in this type of finish. The range of colors is infinite and its application may be manual or automated.

At Sonia we have available several types of finishes: Gloss, High-gloss (mirror finish) and Soft (textured).

Junto con el chapado en madera es un acabado tradicional para revestir un tablero. Se trata de la aplicación a pistola de una serie de pigmentos por capas.

Según el numero de capas y tipos de productos aplicados salen las diferentes texturas y colores del proceso de lacado. La gama cromática es infinita y la aplicación puede ser manual o automatizada.

Sonia dispone de varios tipos: brillo, high-gloss (espejo) y soft (texturizado).

NOMAD ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN Created with high end raw materials, Nomad is a unique floor mounted accessory collection. Introducing a contemporany (Vanguard) and vintage (Classic) designs.

It is built with two main elements, the base that is the support and the bars that make a towel rack or roll holder, is added to this set a toilet brush.

Plasmada con unos materiales distinguidos Nomad es una colección de accesorios a suelo muy singular. La colección goza de dos líneas de diseño, una moderna-contemporánea denominada Vanguard y otra tipo vintage llamada Classic.

Se construye con dos elementos principales, la base que es el soporte y las barras que hacen de toallero o portarrollos, se añade a este conjunto un escobillero.

Nomad Nomad has a very refined style that is based on the purity of materials that it has been designed for. The base is made of carved natural stone and comes with several designs of color and grain. This chromatic range forms combinations with the different finishes of the bars depending on each model.

In this collection the combination of materials and color gives the whole set a visual richness that distinguishes it from the others.

Under the prism of being a functional piece especially we have paid much attention in developing two lines of design that can connect with the different environments where it is located.

Nomad Nomad tiene un estilo muy refinado que se apoya en la pureza los materiales con la que se ha proyectado. La base está fabricada en piedra natural tallada y se presenta con varios diseños de color y veta. Esta gama cromática forma combinaciones con los diversos acabados de las barras en función de cada modelo.

En esta colección la combinación de materiales y color dan al conjunto una riqueza visual que la distingue de las demás.

Bajo el prisma de que sea una pieza sobretodo funcional se ha puesto mucha atención en desarrollar dos líneas de diseño que puedan conectar con los diferentes entornos donde vaya ubicada.

QUICK URBAN Quick is a collection of bathroom accessories focused on improving the functionality of your bathroom cabinet The program is made of several models of towel rack, roll holder and hook that are attached to the sides of a piece of furniture or to any front of the drawer or door in a simple and fast way.

They are made of a sheet of aluminum coated in epoxy, materials that give them great resistance to use and moisture.

Quick es una serie de accesorios de baño enfocados a mejorar la funcionalidad de tu mueble de baño.

El programa se compone de varios modelos de toallero, portarrollos y percha que se acoplan a los laterales de un mueble o a cualquier frente de cajón y puerta de una manera sencilla y rápida.

Están realizados en plancha de aluminio pintada en epoxi, materiales que les dotan de una gran resistencia al uso y a la humedad.

The design of the piece is light and linear, worked with the idea that it is a polyvalent piece and can be combined with any style of furniture.

The shelf element also adds a functional additional support surface to the furniture very useful in those cases where the toilets do not have a good beach area (flat surface).

A complete and transitional style collection including two innovations: · Two special brackets let to slide the brass tube through them. Creating products allowing flexible placement of roll holders and towel rails left and right. This innovation facilitates hiding old facility holes. · Also the 3M adhesive back plate system can be used in this collection. This back plate is easy to install on smooth surfaces (tile, glass, concrete ...) with a maximum roughness of 0.5 mm.

Una colección completa y de estilo transicional que desde ahora incluye dos innovaciones: · La incorporación de nuevos soportes permite deslizar el tubo a través de los mismos, creando productos flexibles y permitiendo la colocación de portarrollos y toalleros a izquierda y derecha. PUZZLE LIFE Compact spaces Simplicity, flexibility and functionality of design are the defining traits of Puzzle collection. A furniture piece that turns a guest bathroom into a key decorative element.

The basic L-shape module, which includes a basic storage space, might match with either two optional additional storage modules to render two different designs, each of them made to fit perfectly with each other and with the overall design.

Optionally a matching metal frame complete with tumbler may be fitted for use as a towel bar. The collection is finally completed with a Mineral Marmo® basin in gloss and matte finish.

Un mueble que convierte el baño de cortesía en pieza clave como elemento decorativo.

A partir de un módulo principal en forma de L, que cuenta con un pequeño armario, pueden acoplarse dos módulos distintos para formar diferentes conjuntos. Su peculiaridad radica en la original manera en la que encajan perfectamente las piezas entre ellas y la belleza del conjunto.

MAINTENANCE Care & Maintenance Bathroom Accessories Sonia Accessories are known and admired for the long lasting quality and intense gloss in their finish.

In order to maintain your Sonia accessories with its brand new luster, it is important to follow some simple instructions: • Use only neutral non-abrasive detergents.

• It is recommended to use a soft cloth, do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool or pads.

• Do not spray cleaning agents directly on the accessories under any circumstance, spray on the cloth, since spray liquid can come into openings or holes of the products and cause damages.

• The use of steam cleaners is not recommended since the extreme high temperature of steam can compromise the integrity of the coating finish of the product.

Furniture Maintenance GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL SURFACES: The beauty and the life of our wood finish products will endure for years depending on the care they receive.

Sonia furniture is manufactured using materials ideal for use in an often-humid bathroom environment. Nevertheless, in bath design, it is always important to ensure the furniture is placed at a clear distance from your bath or shower to avoid continuous direct splashes of water and soap residue. When splashed with water, wipe furniture dry on order to minimize the risk of damage.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: • We recommend cleaning with a soft damp cloth and a mild all-purpose cleaning agent. (Spray the cleaning agent on to a damp cloth and wipe the surface. Never spray directly onto the furniture).

• We advise against vigorous rubbing as this may cause stains and damage.

• It is very important to keep the cabinet surfaces dry. Wipe up spills immediately using a dry cloth with a “blotting” motion, rather than wiping the spill from the cabinet surface. Pay special attention to areas where water is common, such as the sink and dishwasher, and do not allow water and detergents to dry on the cabinet surface.

• Wipe with a damp cloth wrung in clean water to remove the cleaning agent and to avoid stains and stripes.

• Avoid using dry cloths and paper tissue for furniture with matt and high-gloss surfaces, as these may scratch the surface.

• Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning agents that contain ammonia, bleach or other strong solvents as these will damage the furniture.

• Avoid excessive moisture. This is one of the worst enemies of any finish. Avoid draping wet towels over cabinet doors. Do not attach towel racks to door interiors.

Immediately dry off any areas where water has spilled.

• Avoid excessive heat. Avoid placing cabinet appliances where the heat is directed onto cabinet surfaces. The stability of the wood and finish can be negatively impacted.

Final thoughts Wood products and their finish are only as good as the care they receive. Proper care as recommended will extend the life and beauty of your cabinet. Remember, leaving water or other moisture on the cabinet surface for extended periods of time will harm the finish.

INFORMACION GENERAL PARA TODAS LAS SUPERFICIES:

Para que tus accesorios conserven el brillo del primer día es importante seguir unas sencillas instrucciones de mantenimiento: • Usar sólo detergentes neutros no abrasivos.

• Es recomendable utilizar un paño suave, no utilizar utensilios abrasivos, esponjas metálicas o estropajos.

• No conviene rociar agentes limpiadores en ningún caso sobre los accesorios, sino sobre el paño, cualquier líquido pulverizado puede entrar en aperturas o hendiduras de los productos y causar daños.

•La utilización de limpiadores a vapor no está permitida, las altas temperaturas pueden dañar los productos.

La belleza de los productos acabados en madera permanecerá intacta durante años si les damos los cuidados adecuados.

La selección de materiales para los cuartos de baño de Sonia la hacemos cuidadosamente con los materiales adecuados para el uso en ambientes húmedos. Es conveniente, sin embargo, asegurarnos de que en su instalación guardamos una distancia de seguridad prudencial con la ducha o bañera para evitar salpicaduras directas o residuos de jabón, y en caso de que se produzcan proceder a secar el mueble para minimizar posibles daños.

Instrucciones de limpieza: • Recomendamos limpiar su mueble con un paño suave y un limpiador multiusos no abrasivo. (Coloque el agente limpiador directamente en el paño y limpie entonces la superficie, por favor no dirija el pulverizador directamente hacia el mueble).

• Es muy importante mantener las superficies del mueble secas, le recomendamos poner atención en las zonas donde el agua es habitual, como zonas próximas al lavamanos, y secar con un paño los excesos de agua o jabones.

• En muebles con brillo le recomendamos no utilizar toallas de papel o paños secos que podrían rallar la superficie.

• No utilizar agentes abrasivos que contengan amoniaco, lejía o disolventes que puedan dañar la Madera.

• Los excesos de agua son los peores enemigos de la madera, evite limpiarlos por dentro o fuera con ninguna fuente directa de agua, y recordar siempre secar los excesos.

• Evite fuentes de calor directas, tipo limpiadores de vapor, hacia las superficies de su mueble.

Recuerde, el agua o cualquier liquido estancado en la superficie de su mueble dañaría el acabado y no estaría cubierto por ninguna garantía.

• Frótelo suavemente, el hacerlo vigorosamente podría causar manchas o daños.

CLAIMS All claims are to be made within 30 days after receipt of goods.

NO CLAIM WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE 30 DAYS DEADLINE. It is your responsibility to inspect the products once received, especially when the product is going to a job site. Notify carrier immediately in writing and request an inspection report, which shows the exact procedures for filing a claim. Keep all packaging material until your claim has been settled. Sonia S.A. has packaged the material to exceed normal shipping requirements and will not be responsible for poorly packaged returned fixtures resulting in additional damages.

DO NOT RETURN ANY MATERIAL WITHOUT WRITTEN CONSENT from Sonia S.A. Seller’s responsibility ceases when the products are delivered in good conditions to the carrier.

Replacements will only be shipped ground. If any other special shipment is required, customer will be responsible for additional charges.

180 DAY RETURN POLICY Products may not be returned for credit or replacement without prior inspection and WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FROM Sonia S.A. All R.G.A.’s must be requested in writing. The request must include P.O. number, invoice number (if available) and reason for return, after receiving your request, we will fax an approval that MUST BE INCLUDED with your return. Our restocking fee is 25%. In the event a product needs to be reboxed for resale, we will charge a 15% net reboxing fee.

Orders including special order, project or display CANNOT be cancelled or returned.

WOOD PRODUCTS A majority of our products are crafted from noble woods and various finishes. Because of the natural variations inherent to this natural material, minor differences in the look and finish are expected and are not considered manufacturing defects.

We cannot guarantee an exact match on any of our products.

2. El destinatario deberá comprobar que el material recibido, coincide con su pedido, y con el albarán que se adjunta. Así mismo deberá revisar que el material está en perfecto estado. · Cualquier reclamación por rotura o daños en transporte deberá notificarse por escrito a Sonia, S.A. en las 24 horas siguientes a la entrega del material, de no ser así Sonia, S.A. no está obligada a reponer el material sin cargo. · Las reclamaciones por diferencias en el material recibido, deberán realizarse en las 48 horas siguientes a la recepción del mismo.

3. Todos los pedidos superiores a 90 € se servirán a portes pagados.

Los pedidos inferiores a esta cantidad, quedarán retenidos hasta agruparlos a posteriores hasta superar el importe mínimo, a no ser que se indique lo contrario. De ser así irán cargados en factura 12 € en concepto de portes o enviados a portes debidos por la agencia que se nos indique.

Para el suministro de pedidos a portes pagados en Canarias: · Tenerife y Las Palmas: Pedidos superiores a 1.000 €. · Lanzarote, Fuerteventura e Islas Menores: Pedidos superiores a 1.500 €. · Ceuta y Melilla: Pedidos superiores a 1.000€.

Toda reclamación efectuada después de 8 días ajena a motivos imputables a Sonia, S.A. no será atendida.

4. Todas las facturas inferiores a 60€ se emitirán con vencimiento 15 días independientemente del plazo de pago habitual.

5. Los precios que aparecen en la tarifa no incluyen el I.V.A., se incrementarán en todas las facturas el régimen general.

6. Devoluciones: No se admitirán devoluciones de mercancías que no hayan sido previamente notificadas por escrito y autorizadas por nuestro Dpto. Comercial.

No se admitirán devoluciones de artículos especiales.

Las devoluciones autorizadas se realizarán a través de nuestro transportista habitual.

No se admitirán cargos de otra empresa de transportes que no sea la autorizada.

El cliente se hará cargo de las devoluciones originadas por motivos ajenos a Sonia, S.A., previa autorización de nuestro Dpto. Comercial pudiendo elegir la agencia de transportes que estime oportuno para realizar dicha devolución, asegurándose de que el producto esté en buenas condiciones y sea embalado correctamente para su transporte.

La mercancía deberá venir acompañada de una hoja con la relación del material autorizado; en caso contrario Sonia, S.A. podría no hacerse cargo de la mercancía.

Una vez recepcionada y aceptada, se expedirá la factura de abono correspondiente con una depreciación del 20% sobre el importe facturado, en concepto de manipulación, revisión y cambio de embalaje del producto devuelto, dicha cantidad será descontada en futuras compras.

7. Impagados: Cualquier impagado que se produzca traerá como consecuencia la comunicación del mismo a nuestra compañía de Riesgo y la retención de los pedidos en curso hasta no tener cancelado dicho impagado.

Sonia, S.A. es el propietario de la mercancía hasta el pago completo de la misma.

8. Tribunales: En caso de litigio ambas partes se someten a los tribunales de Valencia, rehusando a los que le correspondiesen por fuero propio.

9. Aceptación: El hecho de cursar un pedido a Sonia, S.A. implica la aceptación de estas condiciones generales de venta.

10. Sonia, S.A. se reserva el derecho de modificar el diseño para mejora de sus productos.

11. Todos nuestros productos podrán ser modificados por exigencias de diseño y calidad sin previo aviso.

Toda la documentación fotográfica y/o diseño técnico reflejada en los folletos, catálogos y demás instrumentos publicitarios tienen valor indicativo, por lo que el cliente no podrá acogerse a ellos en caso de posibles quejas por disconformidad o diferencia con los productos suministrados siempre y cuando no afecte al uso que al que va destinado el producto. Todas las reclamaciones derivadas por este motivo, deberán realizarse con un plazo máximo de 7 días siguientes a la entrega de la mercancía en su lugar de destino.

TRANSPORT WARRANTIES At Sonia we have a real passion for quality that is why we apply strict guidelines for each and every process, starting from the entry of the materials into our warehouses, all the way through to the shipment of the correctly packed goods. That way we can guarantee that our clients can continue to enjoy the beauty and quality of our products.

To facilitate this there is a time period, during the transport of the goods, where we will need your close collaboration in order to ensure the maximum quality of the products.

We expect you to examine the materials once you have received them in order to make sure that it was delivered to you in perfect condition, because we provide up to 48 hours to make a claim in case of damages: 1. If you are absolutely sure that the material was delivered in perfect condition, please sign the delivery note without any further remarks.

2. In the case of any issues, or if you are not able to properly examine the goods then please add the following text in the delivery note: “Damaged packaging”.

3. In case of damage to the materials themselves, the delivery note should be marked with the text “Damaged goods”.

By performing these easy steps, the transport agencies and the insurance companies will be able to respond quickly and effectively for any damage caused during transport, if not Sonia SA will not be held responsible for any replacement cost.

GARANTÍAS DE TRANSPORTE En Sonia tenemos verdadera obsesión por la calidad, y así implementamos estrictos seguimientos en cada uno de los procesos, desde la entrada de las materias primas en nuestros almacenes, hasta la salida del producto, adecuadamente embalado para garantizar que nuestros clientes sigan disfrutando de la belleza y calidad de nuestros productos.

Hay un tramo, durante el transporte, en el que necesitamos vuestra estrecha colaboración para poder seguir garantizándoos la máxima calidad del producto: 1. Necesitamos que observéis la mercancía a su recepción para aseguraros de que llegó en perfectas condiciones, en este único caso, si estáis completamente seguros de que la mercancía llego perfecta, por favor, firmad el albarán de entrega sin reserva.

2. En caso de duda, o de no poder examinarlo adecuadamente, añadir en el albarán la frase “embalaje dañado”.

3. En caso de daño, tenemos como máximo 48 horas para reclamar, en el albarán evidenciar “mercancía dañada/rota”.

Con estos simples pasos las empresas de transporte o los seguros se harán cargo de cualquier desperfecto durante el traslado.
