Our programme is divided into three levels: Emerging Leaders, Advancing Leaders, and Strategic Leaders. Each level corresponds to ILM Levels 3, 5, and 7 respectively, providing a clear, accredited pathway for career development.
1. Emerging Leaders (ILM Level 3): At this foundational level, we focus on building leadership and management skills essential for those beginning their leadership journey. Emerging Leaders (ILM Level 3)
e Emerging Leaders Programme is a transformational 6-day journey that nurtures individuals into capable, confident leaders. e programme is split into six intensive, interactive modules that gradually build a comprehensive foundation of management skills.
Day 1 - Fundamentals of Leadership: On the first day, we introduce the concept of leadership, exploring different leadership styles and the role of a leader in a team setting. We incorporate a blend of theory and group activities to encourage participants to reflect on their own leadership style and its impact on their team.
Day 2 - Effective Communication: Day two delves into the heart of effective communication, a crucial skill for any leader. Participants will learn about verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, and overcoming communication barriers. We utilise role-playing scenarios and real-life case studies to make the learning experience practical and applicable.
Day 3 - Managing & Motivating Your Team: Day three shi s focus to the team, exploring how to build and maintain high-performing teams. Advancing Leaders (ILM Level 5)
Our Advancing Leaders Programme is a thoughtfully designed 6-day journey that enables mid-level managers to elevate their leadership capabilities to the next level. e programme is structured into six meticulously planned, immersive modules that further enrich the understanding and application of leadership skills.
Day 1 - Deeper Dive into Leadership: e first day revisits the concept of leadership, but with a focus on the challenges and responsibilities of mid-level leadership. We discuss transformational leadership, ethical leadership, and the role of a leader in fostering innovation. Participants will engage in self-assessments and group activities to reflect on their evolving leadership journey.
Day 2 - Advanced Communication & Influence: Day two dives into advanced communication strategies and the power of influence. Participants will learn about assertive communication, persuasion techniques, and managing difficult conversations. We'll use interactive exercises and role-playing to give participants real-world practice in these skills.

Day 4 - Strategic Decision Making: Day four hones strategic decision-making skills. We delve into risk assessment, strategic analysis, and decision-making in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment. Using simulations and group exercises, participants will practice making strategic decisions and analysing their outcomes.


Strategic Leaders (ILM Level 7)
Our Strategic Leaders Programme is an in-depth 6-day leadership experience, meticulously designed for senior managers and executives ready to elevate their strategic leadership abilities. Each day is devoted to a high-level leadership theme, meticulously planned, and delivered through a mix of theoretical discussions, case studies, and interactive activities.
Day 1 - Visionary Leadership: e first day immerses participants in the world of visionary leadership, exploring the skills and mindset required to guide an organisation towards its strategic goals. We examine different leadership theories, strategic decision-making, and the role of a leader in setting and maintaining organisational culture.
Day 2 - Leading rough Change & Uncertainty: On the second day, we delve into leading through change and uncertainty, with a focus on managing organisational change and business transformation. Participants will engage in case studies and role-playing exercises that simulate real-world challenges, honing their ability to lead effectively during times of change.
Day 3 - Building & Maintaining Strategic Partnerships: e third day of the programme focuses on building and maintaining strategic partnerships. Participants will explore stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and strategies for building strong alliances both within and outside the organisation.
Day 4 - Strategic Resource & Operational Management: Day four covers strategic resource and operational management.
