We learned about how different clay has to be fired at different temperatures and were able to see our hard work be transformed into beautiful art. We all brought treats and games to play while waiting. Our teacher Peder Butenhoff even brought a grill for lunch! The weather was not great but regardless it was still an memorable day!

Isabella Pazdernik FUTURE PLANS: 2-year college PARENTS: Lori and Eric Pazdernik FAVORITE MEMORY FROM PHS: In 11th grade ceramics we were working with a different type of clay and it had to be fired differently that the other types of clay. So we were outside behind the shop class. We had a picnic we grilled food, we had desserts, and we played games like bean bags and painted rocks, and most importantly we did our ceramic pieces. All thanks to Mr. Butenhoff.
