1. Add espresso ice cubes, regular ice, coffee liqueur, vodka, simple syrup, vanilla extract and cocoa powder to high-speed blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds, until the mixture is slushy.

3 cups Culinary Secrets Lime Juice (#FE832)
1 cup Rejuv Bottled Purified Drinking Water (#FF358)
1 cup West Creek Granulated Sugar (#FL098)
1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce Mint (#DT994)
1 To make simple syrup heat water and sugar in saucepan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool.
2.In a pitcher add ½ cup of simple syrup and mint leaves. (Note: reserve some mint leaves for garnish.) Muddle the mint with the simple syrup.
3 Pour in lime juice and remaining simple syrup whisk then chill and serve with mint leaf or lime slice garnish over ice.
