DESCRIPTION














1.Add Libby's® 100% Pure Pumpkin, Nestlé® Carnation Evaporated Milk, ice, yogurt, sugar and pumpkin pie spice to blender; cover.

2.Blend until mixture is smooth. If a thinner smoothie is desired, add water, a little at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
15 oz. Libby's® 100% Pure Pumpkin, chilled- #19000
12 fl. oz. Nature’s Best® Evaporated Milk- #515396
1 cup Ice, crushed
6 oz. yogurt, vanilla


2 oz. sugar, granulated- #268806 1/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice

Ingredients
1.Sweat the onions, celery, red pepper, garlic, ginger, and cumin in butter.
2.Deglaze with beer and reduce to a syrup.
3.Add puree and stir until hot.
4.Add stock and blend in a blender until desired consistency is reached. Return to stove on medium heat.

5.Mound in cheddar cheese and heavy cream.
6.Adjust seasoning, garnish, and serve.
