For a traditional look, we are also offering a 2/20-lb. and 1-30-lb. pack size of gyro meat on the cone, ready to heat and serve. Our off the cone gyro items include pre-sliced, off the cone, fully cooked beef and lamb gyro meat in 10 and 16-lb. packs, and 2/5-lb. fully cooked sliced chicken shawarma. Zebec® Mediterranean Falafel comes in ready to cook preformed pucks or scoopable dough in a 4-LB tub for further customization.

This traditional Middle Eastern-style hummus is made with mashed chickpeas blended with sesame tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, sunflower oil, sea salt, garlic, and cumin. It is non-GMO, gluten-free, certified vegan, and kosher and is best served with bread, fresh vegetables, or as part of a mezze platter or as a base for pizza, or a subsitute for mayonnaise on a sandwich.
