PREPARATION Toast the roll with butter on a griddle or in a panini press. On the heel of the bread, layer Hot Refried Beans, Cheese, Carne Asada, Chorizo, Jalapeno, Tomato, Arugula, Fried Egg. Serve salsa verde on the side.

PREPARATION Place the chicken wings into a bowl, add enough oil to coat and season liberally with the seasoning blend. Place into a 435 degree convection oven and cook for about 35-45 minutes or until the wings reach 165 internal temperature.

PREPARATION Combine all ingredients, except 2# of the white cheddar) into a bowl and place into a 2” hotel pan sprayed with Brilliance Pan Spray. Cover and Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 10 more minutes or until cheese browns slightly.

PREPARATION Toast the bun in butter and reserve. Grill/ griddle the burger to desired temperature. Build the Burger as follows: Heel of bread, Burger Patty, Chorizo, Queso, Tomato, Jalapeno, Avocado and Top of bun. Secure the onion rings on top with a skewer.

PREPARATION Stuff each enchilada with equal parts Bacio.

Place into a bakeable dish. In a skillet, cook the chorizo and add the peppers and onions. Remove from heat and add the cheese dip. Pour over the enchiladas, top with cheddar and bake until cheese is melted.
