Bacon and Blue Cheese Deviled Egg
6 Ea Hard Cooked Eggs (897409) ¼ C Mayonnaise Salt and Pepper, To Taste 4 Oz Crumbled Blue Cheese 2 Oz Chopped Pepper Bacon
1. Cut the eggs in ½ and separate the white from the yolk. 2. Place the yolks in a food processor and add the mayonnaise, ½ of the blue cheese and season with salt and pepper. 3. Pipe the yolk mixture into the whites and garnish equally with the bacon and remaining blue cheese.
