Sales Professionals, We are pleased to introduce an exciting promotional opportunity focused on our ROMA Family of Brands. Through this incentive program, you will be introduced to some of the latest on trend Italian focused product offerings from our best vendor partners. The “ROMA - Taste of the Old World” Sales Incentive is designed to encourage your participation by offering you the opportunity to earn cash rewards as well as the top prize; an all-expense paid trip to the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas, June 22 - 24, 2021.

You will find this promotional format very similar to our recent Escape to Paradise customer and sales trip promotion. This improved promotional format is a simple approach to reward all active area, district and regional sales managers with PERFORMANCE Foodservice, Atlanta. You will have the opportunity to earn this exciting getaway to Las Vegas along with opportunities to earn cash rewards and be at the forefront of the latest Italian focused products introduced into the foodservice market.

Participation is easy, included are the rules and qualifications of how you can earn your reward.

How it Works • You have been ranked by your current case volume and tracking has been created to provided you bi- weekly updates throughout the promotion.

Your success will be based on your connectivity to our ROMA Family of Branded Partners along with your creative “case building” plan to improve your chances of earning the defined incentives.

• Refer to your current Tier participation level for more details and requirements for earning your incentive(s).

• Create and implement a “case building” plan to support participating exclusive branded items and monthly focus brands to improve your chances at winning in your defined Tier and monthly incentives.

• Reach your defined minimum tier growth criteria and have the highest % case growth in your group to secure your trip incentive.

• A portfolio of Roma Family of Brands selling resources has been created to foster new ideas, product applications, and discounts for foodservice operators to try new products. Each will support your efforts to reach your defined objective and increase your opportunity to WIN! • As mentioned, Marketing will provide bi-weekly updates to ensure you receive timely information to keep you abreast of your standing. Additionally, we will offer more information throughout the

promotion, via Sharepoint and various creative digital media avenues.

Simply put, the “ROMA - Taste of the Old World” Sales Incentive Promotion is geared to drive incremental case sales and enhance our customer partnerships.

Sales Participation is Simple To win a cash reward or incentive trip: • You must increase your 2021 case sales a minimum percentage (%) over your 2020 (P7) case sales results.

• Tier 1 - 6% overall case growth • Tier 2 – 8% overall case growth • Tier 3 – 10% overall case growth • Tier 4 – 12% overall case growth • Reference baseline goals in separate attatchment.

• You must be an active PERFORMANCE Foodservice Sales Associates throughout the promotional period.

Sales - Incentive Program Win a monthly incentive and/or an all-expense paid trip to the International Pizza Expo, June 22 - 24, 2021.

Monthly focus categories are developed to drive attention and incentive rewards will be extended to the TOP Case Building Area Manager in each defined Tier.

Cash Awards will be issued for top performers each period for outstanding flight tier performance on defined objectives.

The top Overall Case Performers (Winners) per Tier will be awarded with a trip to the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas. Tier trip winner must achieve your promotional sales base to qualify for trip promotion.

As with previous incentive promotions, key focus remains on account receivables (A/R). While the importance has not changed, the criteria and reward has been enhanced. This change comes after much discussion and a better understanding of how we can motivate while obtaining our objectives of this promotion.

The below promotion is the framework for the new A/R Bonus Rewards. The reward will be offered at the end for the below collections focused performance.

ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE - (%) CURRENT 85%- 89% - $75.00 90% - 94% - $100 95% - 100% - $150 *Note: measured and awarded at the end of the promotion **ADDED BONUS INCENTIVE** Area Managers who obtain 95%+ for the entire promotion will earn an additional $100.
