That’s where the Gradability Accelerator Plus Program (GAP Program) comes in.

The GAP Program was created to bridge the gap and connect those needing professional, hands-on work experience to reputable Host Employers. Better still, our ever-growing network of 11,500+ companies are passionate about supporting internship programs that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.

Our GAP Program combines interactive, virtual learning to enhance your business skills coupled with practical experience gained at an internship with a host employer, the program totalling 12-16 weeks.

GAP Program: Course Structure The Gradability Accelerator Plus Program is a 12–16-week practical course made up of two (2) key components being: ‘Pre-Internship Preparation’ & ‘On-Site Internship’.

The Pre-Internship Preparation period upskills you in resume writing, interview skills support, career coaching, soft business skills, and time management to ensure you’re prepared and know what to expect in a real-life workplace.

The internship is located on-site at a host company and provides hands-on opportunities to learn and develop within a reputable Australian business. + COMPONENT ONE Duration: Four (4) weeks: Pre-Internship Preparation, skills development, and learning and assessment.
