Making the decision to let out a much loved holiday home to complete strangers is not an easy one. My own misgivings were quickly soothed by Helen Untiedt, and the incredible team at Perfect Hideaways. They provide a very personal and professional support with each booking, from time of arrival to departure. Most importantly, they perfectly match the right guests to your abode, so that no one is left feeling disappointed. They attract the kind of visitors you feel delighted to welcome into your home and want to befriend! I’ve particularly valued Amanda Perkins warmth, helpfulness and consistent availability at any time, day or night all week through. It’s good to know that Baxter House isn’t standing empty for most of the year the way it once did, and that lovely people are making happy memories in the home we are (thanks to PH) happy to share. Thank you for always sending us such lovely clients, it’s the reason why I don’t have Baxter House on any other sites!

Their effective marketing and sales team have been key in promoting the property for holiday rentals and enabled us to exceed our initial booking expectations. Despite us not living locally, Amanda and her team are in regular communication with both us and our on- site property manager regarding any issues, in addition to providing feedback from the guests, allowing us to improve the attractiveness of the property. They were very hands on when we were getting started and happy to help advise on any changes that could be made to improve our destination. They are efficient, friendly and reliable. They have guided me on how to adequately protect myself in the form of the right insurance, how to communicate to clients and how to make the product more attractive to arriving guests. The quality of their bookings is unsurpassed, and I have yet to have a single issue with any guest that needed escalating in anyway which says it all. In short, there is not a shadow of doubt that I would never have achieved anywhere near the value of sales I have without them in my corner as partners, and I value them highly for this.
