Peregian bushfires anniversary - p4
Five years in the making This edition marks five years since the first edition of Peregian Springs News made its way to local letterboxes as an eight page newsletter with a mission of keeping local residents informed about their neighbourhood. In the time since, the dog park, skate park, and aquatic centre have opened, Ridges has grown and Balgownie Drive extended. The site adjacent to Arcare we reported on then and which was cleared in 2016, remains
vacant. It’s now up for sale and progress on the site opposite at Koel Circuit has stalled as its owner reconsiders the options. On the residential front, the remaining blocks are fewer by the day. The most recent update from Michele Jackson at the Land Sales Office reveals only 7 lots remain at The Address (by the water tower) and only 6 at The Vistas, beside it. As we celebrate this birthday we look forward to sharing many more with you.
