However new owners may change the face of the Centre as the documents spruik the possibility of reconfiguring the Centre to develop a 4380 sqm strip of land at the front along Ridgeview Drive to include possible further retail and car parking. Currently leased space in the Shopping Centre occupies around 4772sqm and the sale documents indicate a possible increase to 6500 sqm if the currently vegetated 4380 sqm strip is approved for development .
