* First-year students will receive their first semester schedules during orientation. The academic advising staff handpicks a schedule that it feels will support your student’s success during their first semester. If there is a problem with the schedule, your student can go to OneStop and request a change.
** The final exam schedule for first semester is posted online at seaver.pepperdine.edu/academics/schedule.
*** While not noted on the Academic Calendar, seaver.pepperdine.edu/academics/calendar/default.htm, the students must generally check out of the residence hall for the Christmas holiday no later than 10 pm on the Thursday night of final exam week (December 11, 2023). If a student has a Thursday-night final, they are allowed to remain in their dorms no later than 9 am Friday morning (December 15, 2023). Returning residents can check back in for the spring term in the afternoon of Thursday, January 6, 2024.
