Recipe of the Week FLUFFY PANCAKES Ingredients: ½ cup milk 200ml soda water 1 cup self raising flour 2 table spoons white sugar 2 tablespoons butter melted 2 eggs Cooking oil ½ teaspoon salt Directions: 1. Combine flour ,sugar ,salt 2. Separate the egg whites and yolk. Whisk the whites till they are fluffy and mix in the soda water.

3. Whisk in the flour to the egg mixture and whisk to a smooth batter 4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and coat with cooking oil. Pour ¼ cupfuls onto the skillet , cook until bubbles appear on the surface, Flip with a spatula and cook the other side till they brown.

5. Serve with maple syrup, cream or honey.
