Introducing Wellness Coordinator and Community Health Representative: Kyle Arnall

The Peoria Wellness Program continues to develop as we introduce Kyle Arnall, the Community Health Representative and Wellness Coordinator. Kyle will be fulfilling services such as monthly health screenings and patient education, medication pick-ups, home visits and companionship, and wellness advocacy.
