CANYON PANELS

Beginning in Avon, CO, the first Canyon Session, led by Jenn Dice of PeopleForBikes, hosted a dynamic and inspiring panel of speakers who spoke on their organizations’ efforts to break down barriers in bicycling and create a more equitable and inviting atmosphere so that everyone feels comfortable, confident, and excited to go out and ride no matter what background one may come from.

Canyon’s second panel, held at Abejas in Golden, CO, was again led by Jenn Dice. Joined by Ella Harris, Hannah Ludwig, and Tiffany Cromwell of the Canyon/ SRAM team, these three tenacious, galvanizing, and passionate women shared their experience about life in the pro peloton and offered inspiring advice to get more women out riding bikes!

INSTAGRAM INSTAGRAM FUTURE ENGAGEMENT

These blog posts and ride stories will be featured on the Ride Spot app, digital platform, upcoming microsite, instagram posts and stories, and various PeopleForBikes social media channels which will reach thousands more and add to our total media presence for the Colorado Classic.

INSTAGRAM IDEASINSTAGRAM FOR NEXT YEAR

Charity Partner: Have a picnic while you watch riders race in and out of City Park!

Ride Spot Utilization: The utilization of Ride Spot could assist in highlighting fan-zones around race courses, showcasing vendors & expo areas, pointing out food hot spots and other points of interest, and facilitating the organization of group rides to get more people out riding bikes at the Colorado Classic!

For next year, PeopleForBikes would like to take our partnership up another level by offering advanced promotion prior to the race, a larger social presence across all four days, and a detailed report of the Colorado Classic and its surrounding camaraderie in a Ride Spot story.
