It’s incredible to see how 2025 is already shaping up to be a remarkable year at Pensacola Habitat for Humanity It truly takes a community to build the foundation for lasting change, and we’re witnessing that spirit come to life in countless ways. This year, we proudly launched our Community Land Trust (CLT) program, a milestone initiative that will expand opportunities for affordable homeownership and long-term stability in our community This
program represents our ongoing commitment to innovative solutions in addressing the housing challenges faced by our neighbors
We’ve also kicked off the year with wonderful events that brought people together to celebrate and support our mission Our Block Party in February was a joyous occasion, commemorating five new homes and the families who will soon call them their own. Another highlight was our first-ever Interfaith Luncheon, which welcomed faith-based groups from across the region to unite in shared purpose and service Additionally, we were thrilled to host enthusiastic college students during their Spring Breaks through the Collegiate Challenge, where they rolled up their sleeves and lent their energy to help build homes; showcasing the powerful impact of young leaders in action These moments remind us of the power of connection and collaboration in building stronger communities.
Thanks to your support, our programs continue to thrive. In just the first months of the year, we’ve seen incredible momentum across different areas of our work, and the impact is already clear With you walking alongside us on this journey, we can achieve even greater milestones in 2025 as we remain focused on Building For Tomorrow
