Dear Stakeholders,

Transport for NSW is continuing work on the Mulgoa Road upgrade between Jeanette Street and Blaikie Road.

To further progress this work we will be working continuously for 48 hours for three consecutive weeks in November 2024 as per the details below:

5am Mon 4 Nov to 5am Wed 6 Nov

5am Mon 11 Nov to 5am Wed 13 Nov

5am Mon 18 Nov to 5am Wed 20 Nov

5am Tue 3 Dec to 5am Thu 5 Dec (contingency date)

What will this mean for road users:

The eastbound and westbound off ramps from the M4 to Mulgoa Road will be closed for the full two day durations listed Road users are requested to use the Russell Street and The Northern Road ramps to access Mulgoa Road during ramp closures.

The access ramp from Mulgoa Road to the M4 eastbound will be closed for one night on 7 November 2024 Ramps to access the M4 will remain open at all other times

One lane will be closed in each direction on Mulgoa Road during the work

The Wolseley Street access to the Penrith Homemaker Centre will remain open at all times but will be reduced to one lane in and one lane out during the work. Access will also be available via Pattys Place and Blaikie Road

The pedestrian crossing at Wolseley Street will be closed and the crossing at Glenbrook will reopen on 4 November 2024
