FOOD-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT Zihang (Henry) Yang PROJECT INTRODUCTION Residents of East London area have the highest probability of experiencing food poverty in London, UK. This project creates an idea of FOD by combining food with TOD. A new food flow is designed to enable rapid transport via existing railway and food distribution through the conversion of inefficiently-used stations. The process will enhance the freshness of the food while meeting the food equity of a variety of groups in the area.
