SPRING 2023

A development of 12 new energy efficient, affordable homes being built by DU Construction on behalf of ClwydAlyn and in partnership with Anglesey County Council and the Welsh Government.

This scheme is part of ClwydAlyn’s development programme to deliver a further 1500 homes in North Wales by 2025 at an investment of £250 million.

Work on site is progressing well with the Archaeology works being signed off, we have had our engineer out to pin out plots 7-12 this will now allow us to dig the footings out ready for block work. The concreate slabs will be laid for plots 7-12, the timber frames will then follow, in our next update there will be big changes on site with houses up ready for their roofs & rendering works.

An important part of ClwydAlyn’s commitment to building high quality affordable homes is to ensure that all partners involved, commit back to the local communities in which we work in a wide range of ways and in line with our poverty priorities. In turn, helping to enrich our communities by giving support where it’s needed, whether that’s helping people to get back into work, combating social isolation, supporting residents in fuel poverty, or providing access to nutritious food.
