We are excited to announce a new perk exclusively for our residents – new beach cruiser bikes! Take a leisurely ride and enjoy the scenery at the beach, art museums, Mizner Park, or any of your favorite shopping and dining destinations downtown. Follow these steps for a successful bike adventure:

Reserve up to 4 bikes at a time via ActiveBuilding or through the Concierge at 561.922.7620.

Bikes are available for up to three hours between 7:00am and 7:00pm.

Sign the waiver and inspect bicycle and all included equipment, like your helmet, lock, and basket, for damage.

Sign out bicycle with concierge and start your ride! Make sure to obey all safety and traffic laws and please stay within suggested boundaries for your safety and don’t forget to lock your bike if you stop at any of Boca’s attractions.

When you return, please lock your bike back up on the rack, return the key to the Concierge and
