Please keep your pets leashed and under control while outside of your apartment.

The term “RSVP” comes from the French expression répondez s’il vous plaît, meaning “please respond.” If RSVP is written on an invitation, it means the host has requested that guests respond to say if they plan to attend the party. In order to plan accordingly, we kindly ask that you RSVP for select events.

CORRECT

Lean back slightly and pull the handle towards your upper chest while trying to squeeze your shoulder blades together. Also, focus on keeping your chest upright during the movement.

INCORRECT

Avoid “pushing” the handle down in front of your body with your arms. This promotes poor posture and targets less of the intended muscle groups which could result in injury.
