Check out these tips for fitting more into your diet: • Try keeping a bowl of fruit handy where the whole family can see them • Cut up fruits and veggies ahead of time so they’re ready for quick, healthy snacks • Challenge yourself to try a new veggie or fruit every week.

• Begin by sitting with your torso nice and tall, abdominals engaged with a slight bend to the knees • Pull the handle towards, but just below your chest • While keeping the elbows towards your sides, pull your shoulder blades together and down • Keep your chest up while performing this exercise

• Notice how my back is like a backwards “C” • I’m slouching over without engaging my abdominal muscles • My shoulders are extremely elevated, which could cause other muscles to take over the movement, often resulting in neck injuries
