Gently spread open the folds of skin at the opening of your vagina. Hold the swab at the marking point. Insert the swab into the birth canal until the marking point.
Rotate the swab for 10-30 seconds. Remove the swab from the vagina. Make sure the swab is not contaminated after swab removal.
RETURNING THE SWAB Insert the swab back into the plastic tube Return the tube to the lab with correct labels of name and identity verification.

SWAB 02 KELUARKAN Putar penutup swab untuk mengeluarkan swab dari tiub plastik. Letakkan tiub plastik di tempat yang bersih dan selamat.
SWAB 03 MASUKKAN Buka lipatan kulit pada saluran faraj dengan perlahan. Pegang swab pada garisan penanda. Masukkan swab ke dalam saluran faraj sehingga garisan penanda.

KEMBALIKAN SWAB Masukkan swab ke dalam tiub plastik. Hantar tiub ke makmal dengan memastikan nama dan butiran identiti yang betul.
Putar swab sebanyak 10-30 saat. Keluarkan swab dari saluran faraj. Pastikan swab tidak tercemar selepas dikeluarkan.
