Thank you for joining us for our 2023 sale and for taking the time to read this first page. Our operation remains the same. To raise functional cattle that excel from birth to weaning. We want cattle that have great carcass merit that perform well in the feedlot all while retaining a moderate size and birth weight. We are happy to say that our bulls do all this on grass and mama’s milk with no creep feed. We start them on a high roughage ration immediately after weaning to ensure they develop properly all while ensuring good growth, foot development and fertility. All bulls will be fertility tested and have a full soundness exam by sale day. We work closely with our veterinarian team to ensure that you get what you pay for. We’ve added a few new sires this year. We choose sires that meet our criteria with body style, performance and maternal backing, not by popularity. We guarantee our bulls for the first breeding season. You can purchase our bulls with confidence, knowing that we are honest about all weights and information from birth to weaning. Videos will be on our website and Facebook around the first of February and all carcass data will be available shortly before the sale. We are looking forward to seeing you all soon!

Terms And Conditions

All cattle sell under the suggested terms & conditions recommended by the American Angus Association.

Liability

Neither Kretschman Angus, Buffalo Livestock or any person connected with the sale assumes any liability, legal or otherwise.

Delivery And Wintering

Kretschman Angus will winter your bull(s) at no charge until April 1st . We prefer that all bulls stay with us until that date. There will be a $100 credit for anyone coming directly to the ranch to pick up their bull(s). If any bulls need to stay with us after April 1st, feeding arrangements can be made. Will deliver to closest convenient location for both parties.

Fertility And Soundness

All bulls will be fertility tested and given a full soundness exam by sale day by Drs. Jay and Brandi Hudson - Lazy H Large Animal Services.

Retained Interest

Kretschman Angus will retain 1/3 revenue sharing semen interest on all registered bulls sold in this sale.

First Breeding Season Guarantee

All bulls are guaranteed sound and fertile at time of sale or delivery. Any bull selling for $3000 or more is guaranteed against breeding injury for the first breeding season of around 60 days after turnout of bulls. If injury or death should occur before the 60 days, full documentation by a licensed DVM will be required for credit, less the salvage value, or replacement, if a replacement is available.

Herd Health

Kretschman Angus has adhered to a complete herd health program individualized for our operation.

All bulls sell with proper health papers for delivery.
