This low impact, energizing workout helps you create long, lean, powerful muscles & increase your flexibility. Classes include use of the ballet barre, hand weights, resistance bands & exercise balls. Exercises typically focus on small, pulsing movements with emphasis on form, alignment & core engagement. Boot Camp Jan 7- Apr 29 Wednesday 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. 45-55 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). You will use your entire body as you emphasize stretching, cardio, weights & floor work at all fitness levels. Please bring water & a hand towel.
In-Trinity Warrior 1 Jan 7- Apr 29 Wednesday 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. This class increases your flexibility & lean muscle mass, builds a stronger heart & relieves body aches & pains. You will move through traditional yoga stretches & martial arts agility sequences while elevated on a unique fitness board. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Please bring your own yoga mat.

A chair is used for seated exercises & standing support. The class may be modified depending on fitness level.

This class will move your whole body through a complete series of seated & standing yoga poses. T-Ball is an introductory program that teaches the fundamentals of hitting, running, fielding, and throwing in a fun, instructional setting. Each player receives a Start Smart kit, while families provide a metal T-ball bat and helmet for games. Weekday practices and games are played against Pelham teams only.

Interested in learning more about soccer or building skills for the spring season? These clinics offer training for new and experienced players focusing on learning skills, drills and the fundamentals of soccer. All equipment is provided and all skill levels are welcome. Clinics will be run in partnership with the Pelham High School soccer coaches and players.

Start Smart Soccer introduces children to the basics of soccer in a fun, non-competitive environment while helping parents learn the skills to support them. Beginners learn basic strategy and court positioning, while Sessions 2 and 3 focus on improving doubles play through positioning, shot preparation, shot patterns, and decision-making. Learn the mechanics of the four basic shots used to build your game: drive, volley, serve & dinking. Players will be introduced to the basics of court coverage & playing patterns as well as topof-mind strategy & then will have the opportunity to try these new skills out with supervised play.

Kites & Bites Day: Sunday Cost: Free Age: All ages
Dates: March 8 Time: 3:30pm-6:00pm Location: Pelham City Park
Come fly a kite, enjoy the outdoors and grab a bite from our food trucks! This event is open to the public and free to attend. Live music, food trucks, kids craft, balloon artist, hula hoop fun and more. Bring your own kite and show off your kite flying skills.

A Very Special Easter Egg Hunt Day: Tuesday Dates: March 31 Cost: Free Time: 5:30pm-7:00pm Location: Pelham City Park Football Field Age: Open to Families of children with a disability and their siblings. This is a family-centered event focusing on active participation for children with various disabilities or limitations. We will have HUGE egg hunts for all ages. (siblings are welcome to hunt). Hunt for the eggs high and low and look for the golden eggs for special prizes. The Easter Bunny will be available to visit up-close or from a distance! This event will create an environment to allow children to have fun where they are comfortable. Space is limited.

Bring a donation of dog food or cat food in support of the Alabama Pet Pantry (serving pets in need since 2019).
