Pelham Parks & Recreation offers many ways to stay fit, healthy, and active with group fitness. We offer classes a wide variety of classes, including cardio fitness, strength training, and mind and body wellness. Group fitness classes are included in a Recreation Center membership beginning January 2021 Non-members can attend fitness classes for $5/class Due to limited space, if you do not cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the class or do not attend a class, you will be charged a $2 no-show fee.

Pelham Parks and Recreation offers youth athletic programs that stress high participation, recreation, and sportsmanship. These programs are provided through a variety of structured leagues, with all Pelham teams run by the Parks and Recreation staff
Each league is run according to established rules and regulations, with the City having rules and a Code of Conduct specific to each sport Athletic participants, volunteer coaches and parents are subject to basic rules, which emphasize sportsmanlike behavior and the recreational nature of city leagues.
Do you want to get involved with Pelham youth athletics? Start Smart Soccer is a developmentally appropriate introductory soccer program for children 3-5 years old The program prepares children for organized soccer in a fun, non-threatening environment Each session will take the child and parent through different skill stations Each child must have a parent/adult to help guide and direct them during each session A t-shirt and all equipment are provided This 6-week program will conclude on Tuesday, May 18 with a game on our outdoor soccer field

Walks with your dogs should not be stressful In fact, it should reduce stress In this one hour seminar, certified dog trainer Anthony Rodriquez CPDT-KA will cover all things related to walking on a leash The information will range from theory/mindset, helpful gear, and do’s and don’ts This is an informational session Please do not bring your dog to class
