Story by Kewalin Chumchangthong Translated by Suthasinee Chuawongkorkerd Illustrated by Jenjira Ketwongwiriya

Papa Tho’s house is a garage in a little town.

He can repair all kinds of vehicles that break down.

The twins willingly work as his helpers, Picking up and passing things to their father.

After a long day helping their dad, it’s time to take a bath,

At least twice a day, in the morning and before going to bed.

To remove dirt, the twins wash their body thoroughly.

And they do not forget to wash their hair carefully.

The twins brush their teeth up and down, both inside and outside. “Also, brush your tongue gently,” Papa guides.

The twins then put on their soft and comfy pajamas, And hit the hay early to rest their body.

In the early morning, Papa Tho and the twins go outside

To do some fun activities that make them feel energised.

Cycling, jogging and playing football in the morning sunlight

Surely keep their hearts and health fit and strong.

“Beep! Beep!” Here comes the breakfast prepared by Mummy Prim. Each box is packed with a variety of fruits and cooked food.

The twins have five groups of food; that is really good, And finish their meal with warm milk heated up by Papa Tho.

The twins know how to use potties

Without the help of their daddy.

After that, they wash their hands thoroughly, Rubbing the backs of their hands, their palms and between their fingers cleanly.

An old man’s tractor has broken down, and he’s waiting for Papa Tho to arrive.

Wearing brimmed hats to avoid late morning sunlight, And putting on their soft and comfy pairs of shoes,

The twins are ready and excited to go there too.

They turn on the music and sing along together.

The music makes them feel relaxed and happier.

They see many trees on both sides of the street.

On the way to the barn, they can feel a fresh breeze.

The old man is standing next to his tractor.

The twins are excited to see it, so they get closer.

The tractor is towed back to the garage with care.

The old man will pick up his tractor once it has been repaired.

Before having snacks, the twins do not forget what to do, Washing their hands and drying them too.

The twins also drink enough water a day

To keep their body functioning well as always.

“Stand with your back against the wall, And do not stand on tiptoes.

I’ll measure your heights to see how much you both grow.”

Papa Tho is happy to see his sons grow properly.

“You both have grown up.”
