SIGNING UP Q: Do I have to sign up again if I am already a member of the leisure club? A: Yes. Even existing members will have to sign up again to become a member of our Country Club. Q: How do I sign up? A: You can fill out an application form on our website. We will be in touch with you directly on next steps. JOINING FEES Q: Do I have to pay the joining fee if I am an existing member? A: No. Existing members will not pay the joining fee. However, if your membership is cancelled at any point and you wish to re-join at a later date, the joining fee will apply. JOINING PACK Q: What do I get when I sign up? A: When you sign up to be a Country Club member, we’ll include 4 guest passes (T&Cs apply), for you to bring friends or family members along with you. Q: Will I receive the guest passes if I am an existing member? A: Yes, all Country Club members will receive 4 guest passes. This excludes under 5s and team members. SWIMMING LESSONS Q: I booked a slot of swimming lessons which run into March - will these still be valid? A: Yes, all swimming lessons already booked will be honoured. DISCOUNTS Q: Can I use my membership discount at other hotels? A: Yes, just show your membership card.
