Led by a former Keller Williams Market Center Administrator for Keller Williams Sonoran Living in Scottsdale, AZ, as well as serving as the Director of Agent Services and Technology for Keller Williams Premiere Properties in Glen Ellyn, IL, Peak Digital Design is composed of a team of marketing specialists with varying skill sets and experience. We were formed to give agents a marketing “easy button”, so one could place a simple order on a website and have almost every aspect of their marketing project or listing completed automatically. Many Real Estate marketing companies will create your marketing proofs, but then you are required to execute the final steps of ordering and paying the vendor. DIRECT MAIL CAMPAIGNS Consistency is key when it comes to direct mail. Statistics show an average of 3 touches to the entire farm need to be made before the first reply should be expected. Direct mail pieces should offer something of value and typically do not consist of Just Listed/Just Sold campaigns, with the exception of a quarterly or biannual sold update. The content of the postcards includes homeowner tips, holidays, recipes, etc., and are the perfect portion of your 36-Touch Campaign. Peak Digital Design can setup a postcard campaign with different preset messages so you can expose your farm to your name and brand on a consistent basis.
