THE HOME IS EQUIPPED WITH TWO OUTSIDE SECURITY CAMERAS FOR SECURITY PURPOSES. THEY DO NOT RECORD AUDIO. THE FIRST CAMERA IS LOCATED ABOVE THE GARAGE, THE SECOND IS IN TH BACKYARD FACING AWAY FROM THE HOME TOWARDS THE BEACH.

Heating & Air
Two thermostat systems are located within Seaside Serenity – one on the main floor and one on the upper floor. Please set your desired temperature between 67 and 72ºF on the cool or heat function. For energy retention purposes, please set the temperature to 72ºF on ‘cool ‘during the months of March-October, and set the temperature to 67ºF on ‘heat’ during the months of November-February.
TV & Streaming
All TV’s are equipped with YouTube TV (streaming TV service) streaming accounts for guests use. On the main loading page of each TV, locate the icon that has the YouTube TV logo. All other streaming services (Netflix, HBO, Hulu, etc.) are available, but are not included with the stay. Be sure to sign out of all personal accounts.
Elevator Instructions
The maximum weight limit is 750 pounds, Please do not exceed.
All children who use the elevator must be accompanied by an adult
Children can not play in or around the elevator
Keep hands, feet, and other objects away from the elevator doors when they are closing.
Do not open the elevator gate or door while the cart is in motion. Wait for a complete stop.
Ensure all outside doors on all floors and elevator gate are fully closed before pressing the button to move between floors.
In case of fire or extreme weather events, do not use the elevator. Use the stairs.
If the elevator stops between floors, stay calm. If an attempt to return to any floor does not work, remain calm, call Peace Vacations (843.979.2700) It is strongly encouraged to keep a mobile phone while operating the elevator.

THE WATERFALL AND SPA CANNOT BE OPERATED SIMULTANEOUSLY
PLEASE WEAR APPROPRIATE SWIMMING ATTIRE WHEN USING POOL OR SPA, AVOID JEWELRY THAT MAY POSE A HAZARD

POOL & SPA INSTRUCTIONS
This selection turns on the spa. If you paid the additional fee, the spa will take 30 to 45 minutes to heat. If you did not pay the fee, this selection will turn on the pumps and blower. If you want to turn off the spa, select the button again. Once selected, the spa will run for 2 hours. After 2 hours, you will need to select the spa button again.
This selection operates the pool waterfall. If you want to turn off the waterfall, select the button again. The waterfall will run for 3 hours. After 3 hours, you will need to select the waterfall button again.
This button shuffles between light and dark screen modes for better visibility.
The Pool/Spa controls are inside the garage, just to the right of the exterior door to the pool .
