elcome to the 2nd Annual Prairie Distinction Bull Sale. For those of you who were at last year’s sale, you will remember the quality offering put forward by this young progressive set of breeders from across Manitoba. This year’s offering is even stronger with seven breeders putting up a great selection of white, tan and red two-year old and yearling Charolais bulls. These bulls come from the top of the pens and the two year olds are not leftovers, but from breeders who are raising them to sell as twos. Like last year, there are bulls that will fit into any purebred or commercial producers operation. This past fall we saw the premium paid for the Charcross calves as consistently high as it has ever been in the auction markets. Crossbreeding is essential to maximize profits in the cattle business and these bulls will give you the added performance,

Breeder Guarantee - Bulls: Should any bull fourteen months of age or over, fail to prove a breeder after being used on cows known to be breeders, the matter shall be reported in writing to the seller within six months following the date of purchase or six months after the bull has reached fourteen months of age. The seller has the right and privilege of six months to prove the bull a breeder. No guarantee is given that semen collected from the bull will freeze. Exception Guarantee: In case where the animal is subjected to any hormonal or surgical reproductive techniques after the sale, this guarantee shall be null and void. The seller is not responsible for damage caused by foreign bodies after the animal has been sold or for sickness not apparent at sale time. In no event shall the seller be responsible for more than the purchase price. Accidents: Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of buyers, neither the sale manager, auctioneer, or sellers assume any responsibility and disclaim any liability, legal or otherwise, in the event of accident or loss of property.
