Saunders Charolais
13th Annual Bull Sale
Saturday, April 7, 2018 2:00 pm Keady Livestock Market Keady, ON Destiny Simmental Bull Sale Edition 8
Welcome to our 13th Annual Bull Sale.
Once again we are offering a top notch set of Charolais yearling bulls, they have been bred for calving ease, sound structure, and performance. The Rawes Duke sons will impress with their powerful performance and overall design. Duke was introduced into our program to add performance, and he certainly did that without sacrificing calving ease. The MXS Constellation sons are extremely sound, good footed and well muscled. LT Ledger was again used in our heifer pen and has produced some excellent prospects. We are happy to have Blue Mountains Charolais again as guest consignor with two stout MCF Bohanon sons. Give us a call, we would be happy to tour you through the bulls at anytime. Videos will be available mid March, check out our Facebook page. Our annual open house is being held on March 10th, stop in for lunch and to view the bulls. Hope to see you on April 7th at Keady.

Futures’ One Simmental Bull Sale ~ Edition 8 ~
We would first like to thank Saunders Charolais for a eighth invitation to join their well established sale. The Red & Black Simmental bulls bring offered are as strong as last year. We are proud to be associated with this sale in the heart of Ontario’s Cattle Country. The bulls offered have been rigorously selected for docility, scrotal, maternal values and terminal traits to maximize your bottom line and efficiency. We are witnessing tremendous demand for Simmental Bulls in North America to provide calving ease and more pounds at weaning. The trend has started for Simmental Bulls. The bulls are developed together on a grain ration with corn silage and dry hay and are presented in their working clothes. The bulls will be semen tested and guaranteed as per the Simmental Association guidelines. We look forward to answering any questions you have regarding the offering either before hand or in Keady. If you cannot make it, please feel comfortable to contact myself or the Saunders to assist you. We can be available most days to show the bulls in the home yard prior to the sale. Call my cell 519-379-7565 to arrange a time to view the bulls and see their dams.

A two year old bull we kept last year to use in the heifer pen. We will have calves by sale time to validate his engineered calving ease for the heifer pen with a 90 lb birth weight. This guy should produce the calves with a little extra style and flash. Consistency in these genetics with a little extra age to help you cover more cows.
