🚫 📢 🔢 🛩 🧪 🕶 😷 Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) ▪ CECC is fully authorised by the government ▪ Enact border control procedures including stop flights from certain areas or countries, start screening all inbound passengers and outbound passengers so we don’t spread our cases.
▪ Set up quarantine procedures, locations and digital fence ▪ Plan for the production and ration for critical materials that would surely become a global problem ▪ CECC began its daily press conference ▪ To brief the public real situation in the country and the world
▪ The confirmed cases found, their origin, contacts, traces, and so forth ▪ Sometimes large gathering are forced to cancel not by the order of
government but by the well informed citizens ▪ In Taiwan, we make the government transparent to the citizens, not the other way around.
We have tested 7 new cases today, all arrived from abroad, which brought us to 329 cases in total. 3 are males, 4 females, and 4 are north residences, 3 are south residences. Before they are tested, they were active in the US and UK for study, work or family visits. The channels they were tested are through isolation and airport arrivals.
