administrative assistant to counseling ministry This part-time role provides administrative and support services for the Pastor of Counseling as well as for department-wide events and/or projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating all of the Counseling Center activities through the use of Practice Management Software, entering case notes from dictation files, event planning and oversight, providing administrative support for the Pastor of Counseling as the Director of CAPS (Christian Association of Psychological Studies) in the DFW area, creating monthly financial reports that assess counseling center goals and priorities, and preparing weekly deposits for accounting.
