union Marriage is a union, not simply one of two people making a life commitment to another, but more importantly, it is a couple making a covenant before a holy God who binds the union together. Because our goal at PCPC is not just to perform your wedding ceremony but to guide you into a marriage as God intended it, we encourage you to enroll in either the fall or spring Union course. The class, taught by PCPC pastors, meets each Wednesday night for eight weeks, September 12–October 30, 6:30-8:00 pm, in Oak Lawn West (Special note: This class begins Thursday, September 12, but will meet Wednesday nights subsequently). The course is $60 per couple and covers topics such as The Biblical Meaning of Marriage, Communication, In-Laws, Biblical Roles of Husband and Wife, Money and Stewardship, Conflict Management, and Sex. Full-time female Middle School Youth Intern: PCPC has a full-time (40 hours a week) opening for a two-year paid female youth ministry internship to learn and effectively develop the skills needed to minister to 5th-8th grade middle school students. esl spanish-speaking spiritual leader needed ESL at PCPC is seeking the Lord’s provision of a Spanish-speaking spiritual leader who would form discipling relationships with students by learning about their lives and shining the light of the Gospel into their circumstances through study of the Word.
